the toiletries were present and so were clean towels and hot water.
Nothing really was good and as per my expectations given that the place was termed as 5 star there was nothing 5 star about it. Breakfast was Ala carte and ordinary. The location was a good 10-15 minute walk to pub Street old market and riverside ... the toiletries were present and so were clean towels and hot water. Ac and fridge took forever to come to working terms and it was hot even at the reception they wouldn't turn the fan on. It was burning hot.

Este hotel es una auténtica joya. Es moderno, está bien cuidado y tiene una relación calidad-precio increíble. Pero lo que realmente lo hace especial es el personal. Son amables, serviciales y simpáticos. El recepcionista de noche que nos atendió fue especialmente encantador y se desvivió por ayudarnos.
El hotel estaba bien, en mi opinión un 8 sobre 10 o 8,5.
La habitación era bastante grande y nos ayudaron a gestionar las excursiones; las puertas de madera y el concepto moderno del hotel era muy guay y los de recepción eran bastante agradables.
Mi nota es de 8,5 porque no es un hotel de 10 le faltan cosas como aire acondicionado en recepción etc, pedimos check out más tarde y nos dijeron que no se podia porque estaban llenos.
Lo mejor fue el driver que nos llevó del hotel al aeropuerto de vuelta, era majisimo e intentó a pesar de nuestro poco inglés hablar con nosotros.
Gustarme me gustó todo pero para más nota tienen que mejorar las instalaciones.
The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. The facilities were excellent. The staff were so lovely, polite, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We loved our stay here.

Very nice rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, perfect location to visit the markets and sights.
I feel that it was a little bit overpriced, compared to some of the other available accommodations. But it's not a deal breaker, and you are guaranteed to get a very nice and comfortable stay.

Excellent location and very quiet. Lovely rooms overlooking a gorgeous pool. Staff are exceptionally helpful arranging transfers and trips for us. Beds firm but comfortable. Breakfast is good. Happy hour was welcome too. Highly recommended.
