فندق جميل وهادئ وطاقم الإستقبال متعاون جدا وخصوصا الأخت زهراء تعاونت معي بشده بطلب سرير إضافي للغرفه وعليه رسوم وكلمتها واعطتني اياه بدون مقابل وايضا طاقم المسبح جميلين والمسبح في الهواء الطلق ومضلل ويتميز بالهدوء رغم ازدحام الفندق من النزلاء

Pros:

Good value for money. Rooms are of good big size.
Pool is nice and clean.
Breakfast is good although not much variety.

Cons:

Needs work on plumbing. Sink is very small and it's drain is very slow. Overhead shower is very old and clogged. Bathroom floor ceramic is old.
Wardrobe wood looks cheap and old.
Room carpet is old.
Balcony is closed.
No prayer mats in room and no prayer direction on ceiling.
Parking set up is not comfortable. I was lucky to find parking outside in front of hotel but access for stroller was only available from one passage in front of main door.
Reception lady said she will provide discount for the additional bed to be 10 BD although it's the normal price mentioned in booking.
Room service guy was having cuts and bruises in his hand and didn't look healthy.
Breakfast ladies were pushy for compliments.
