إقامتي بالفندق كانت جميلة ومريحة بكل تفاصيلهاولمست خلالها مستوى راقياً من الاحترافية وحسن التعامل.
فقد كان موظفو الاستقبال في غايةالترحيب والذوق كما تميز العاملون في خدمة الغرف بسرعة الاستجابة والاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل وكذلك رجال الأمن الذين كانوا مثالاً للتعاون والاحترام.

كل الشكر والتقدير لجميع الموظفين سواء من إخوانناوأخواتنا البحرينيين وللاسف لااتذكر اسمائهم أو من المقيمين على أرض مملكة البحرين الحبيبة مثل الانسه شيماء من تونس على ما قدموه من خدمةراقيةوتعامل يعكس الصورة الجميلة للضيافة والاحترام.

الاداره سيئه والمطعم البرازيلي في الدور 28 سيء وخدمته سيئه ، كانت بنظام مشاوي ولكن لمدت ساعتين لم يصل اي اكل الخدمه سيئه ، اشتكيت للفندق ولم يكن هناك تجاوب ، الاثاث قديم والسعر غالي كذلك الخدمه ليسة جيده مقابل المال لا انصح به للعوائل وايضا العزاب

Excellent stay, great service!
Pros:

Thank you Chaima for all of the help. The whole staff provided excellent service to me during my stay. The facilities are nice and always open. You can also order anything off the menu provided if you don’t wish to go out in town. Parking is convenient even for large SUVs.

ازعاج من قبل الموظفين يتحدثون عند باب الغرفه لم انام 2/ الغرفه مليئه بالغبار 3/ استملت الغرفه و لم تنظيف الحمام 4/ لا توجد فرشاه و لا صابون ف الحمامات 6/ يخرج من ولف الحمام ماء اصفر 7/ لا يوجد ماي حار ف الحمام لسباحه 8/ موظف التنظيف دخل علي و انا نائمه
