Overall okay lah, not as clean but wasn’t expecting much for such hotel. Bearable. Location-wise, 5 star.
Pros:

Nice location & easy to locate, close to grocery stores, eateries, etc. Convenient and all basic necessities are reachable by walking

Cons:

Not clean. Found some stains on my blanket & bedsheet, also on the toilet. Expected for a cheap hotel like this
