Excellent hotel d’étape à prix mini
Pros:

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour nous reposer entre un bus de nuit de Sapa et un départ en croisière à Halong Bay. La réception est un peu sommaire mais la chambre était impeccable et a parfaitement fait le job. En plus la patronne est adorable et nous a elle même déposé au terminal du port. Je recommande!

Pros:

Hotel situado en la parte antigua de la ciudad muy céntrico. Habitaciones amplias, con camas comodas y buen baño. Para un día o dos perfecto

Cons:

Nos vendieron un crucero que no era lo que nos dijeron. Peor clase y problema con las habitaciones q al final se pudo solventar

Very clean and great location. Lots of space and very comfortable bed. The manager was very helpful and responsive.

Cons:

Some confusion over breakfast drinks because of language. Couples thought they could have a juice and a coffee but only got a juice to share. Hotel needs to make clear that it is a choice of Coffee or Tea or Juice.
Also we are vegetarian and told kitchen on first day. On second morning we were given sausages and bacon.
Unfortunately there was a club nearby playing very loud music every evening until very late.

Es ist alles da, was man braucht - und es hat funktioniert. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Es gibt zwar kein Buffet aber es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Der Ort an sich. Es wird gerade gebaut ohne Ende. Und man hat das Gefühl, man ist auf einer riesigen Baustelle! Da kann ja aber das Hotel nichts für.
Bilder an der Wand würden das Hotelzimmer noch ein wenig wohnlicher machen.

Exceptional hospitality and a home away from home in Ha Long.
I stayed at the Central Halong Hotel, for four nights as a traveller,and it was hands down one of my best experiences in Vietnam. The location is perfect centrally situated right across from the cable car leading to Du world Halong Park.
The rooms are spacious, sparkling clean,and offer incredible value for money.
You definitely get more than what you pay for here.
Every morning, the breakfast was a delightful and positive surprise,varied and very tasty.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however are the owner and his wife.
They go above and beyond to make sure you have a perfect stay.
Whether it's booking a cruise ( including lunch and excursions ) or organising transport to your next destination, everything is handled flawlessly.
Incredible care when I fell I'll,during my stay, I unfortunately became unwell and wasn't fit to travel the next day. Being a solo traveler, I was so grateful for the owner reacted.
He immediately arranged for me to stay an extra night and they even brought me medicine and a warm bowl of rice soup to my room.
Their genuine care and kindness during a moment when I felt vulnerable were heart warming.

Conclusion;
If you are looking for a clean centrally located hotel with owners who truly have a heart of gold.
Look no further, I would absolutely book this hotel again if I return to Ha Long.

Super lokalita blízko reštaurácii, obchodov, dobrej kávy. Raňajky nás vždy nasýtili. Každý deň chodili upratovať, meniť uteráky. Za prijateľný poplatok nám oprali a vysušili oblečenie.

Een geweldig hotel met hele lieve mensen die alles prima voor je regelen

De mooie ligging , veel op loopafstand en de familie ,die alles deed om het je naar de zin te maken. Ze regelden alles voor me voor een goede prijs.

Бухта Халонг прекрасна
Pros:

Хороший отель в бухте Халонг. Хозяин организовал нам трансфер их Ханоя туда и обратно, все четко и еще круиз по бухте, корабль новый с хорошим обедом и программой. Удобные кровати и подушки. Завтрак специфический, но пойдет.

Cons:

На завтраке сделать чай черный и кофе с молоком.
