Pros:

Sehr gutes Hotel, großes Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Abendessen im Restaurant war auch noch um 22:30 möglich, war lecker, Frühstück ebenfalls. Lage war für uns gut als Zwischenstopp.

Okay for a short stay of 1 night but not value for money.
Pros:

Convenient Location and no traffic noise were the 2 likeable aspects. The staff were friendly and courteous.

Cons:

There were no room slippers despite being a star hotel and charging a hefty room rate. Secondly the restaurant table mats had food stains which were not cleaned and despite pointing out and changing almost many mats were all having stains, which showed poor hygiene standards being maintained.

Mixed feelings about the stay.
Pros:

Clean and neat rooms and toilet.
Biggest problem is reaching out to front desk or room service. They hardly pick the phone.Staying tip: order your coffee at least 2 hrs before you need in your room. Friendly staff but poor service.

Memorable Stay at Hotel Cenneys Gateway; Very comfortable stay; the hospitality and personal care was superb !!
Pros:

The bed was cozier; the ambience was pleasant; breakfast was sumptuous; got a room upgraded; a very pleasant and memorable stay; the hospitality and care from front desk was superb!! Mr. Sherin Kurien, GM took personal care of our stay from check-in to check-out and enquired the quality of the dishes in the complementary breakfast. We look forward to our next stay at Hotel Cenneys, next week.
