Pros:

Great location. We walked everywhere we needed to go. It is a short walk to the Firenze SM train station for day trips. We had a large room. Nice big towels in the bathroom. It is not the most modern place and the decor is a bit mismatch, but it is quiet. A good breakfast spread with a nice choice of pastries etc.

Good location, but mixed experience.
Pros:

The location was excellent, just minutes from Florence landmarks. The bathroom that looked renovated felt modern and clean, and while the breakfast wasn’t extraordinary, it was quite good.

Cons:

The main downsides were the poor quality beds, the slow and tiny elevator, and the initial unpleasant reception at check-in, though it improved afterwards.
