Nice and open spaces. Nice having a small bar in the hotel. Bed and pillows were comfy. Only complaint is it’s overpriced in my opinion.

This is a relatively new hotel and everything was great, except one of our mattresses was very lumpy with dips. The staff resolved our issue quickly by offering several options and also let us check out an hour late so our kids could swim before our flight.

My review of the Best Western Louisville was written in error. That review was intended to be be for this stay at the fairfield Inn. My trailer tire blew during my stay at this Fairfield inn. I could not pull my trailer back to the Fairfield for my final reserved night and as a result wound up staying at the best western inn. Close to 48 hours after I departed the Fairfield Inn. I received a call from the manager of the hotel informing me He had charged my card $750.00 for a TV he reports as being "Burned". I did not turn on the either of the 2 televisions in the room I had reserved when I was there. I do not smoke and am a mail with short hair. I had no clue what he was talking about. I received no photo evidence and was treated like a complete low life. This person could not consider the possibility of this Television being damaged before or after my time in the room and I never received an invoice for the damage or was given the opportunity to present him with documentation that was not on his property when the alleged damage occurred.
