Staffs are very nice and accommodating.
Bathroom lights too dark. 1 light in the bedroom was blinking. Incomplete inclusions-bathrobe, slippers (per request), toiletries, Telephone, hairdryer were not provided, as opposed to what was advertised. Plated breakfast is a 2/5 and took an hour before it arrived.
It's our family's 2nd time staying here. We love the location because it's not crowded and we can walk to Mines View Park, it's so near. The staff are so accomodating.
The restroom in the family room we stayed in is quite outdated and there was one bed with stains on the sheets.
The room does not have AC. We have 3 seniors with us and they have to negotiate steps before going to the elevator. The food is terrible, a small cut fish, Rice and egg & you have to ask for a coffee. No towels in the room. Im not recommending this place to anyone.

The location is very near at the mines view park just walking distance from the hotel and to pasalubong center..very accomodating staff and very polite., they assist us from the time we arrived upto check out.
The Penthouse room is very calming and relaxing :) We spent here the bday of our mommy/auntie. They really love the place and the room and the ambiance..Very Satisfying all in all. 😊😘
The breakfast is also very good even its the Pambansang breakfast of the Pihilippines “silog silog”🤭😅 but its mesherep po 😅
Every thing is good except that there is water interruption in the middle of the night (2:30am) 🤭
And it happens when one of my niece are in need of the comfort room hehe.. but the staff are very accomodating and responsive when i reported it after few minutes the water resumes.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The staff, though new, seemed untrained. The food portions were very small and unsatisfactory. The bathroom had serious water issues—water ran out even during a 5-minute shower, and the water supply completely stopped while brushing teeth. Overall, the experience was not worth the price paid.
Experience was good. My family has to wait for 30 mins to get into their room though.
Neat and tidy. Perfect location for my family.

-Mountain view from the balcony
-Staffs are very professional and courteous.
Dislikes:
-Things like bathroom tissue, water, kettle, hair dryer and even electric fan are still to be requested and not ready in the room.
-No A/C and even electric fans in room. In Expedia, it says in there that there is ceiling fan, but there is actually none. We were not even told that it is only provided upon request.
-Bathroom was dirty and smelly when we arrived. With splashes of urine even on the floor.

Water heater not working
Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb gelegen und bietet eine tolle Aussicht vom Eingangsbereich aus. Die Lobby und das Restaurant sind sehr gepflegt. Das Essen ist gut. Das Frühstück allerdings ziemlich einfallslos ohne große Auswahl. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war enttäuschend. Flecke im Teppich und an der Wand. Tote Insekten sammeln sich in der Deckenleuchte. Im Bad Schimmelflecken an der Decke. Vom" Balkon" aus Blick auf den Dachgiebel. Wenn man sich nicht groß im Zimmer aufhält völlig okay.
The staff was hospitable and very welcoming. The bed is fine but i can smell the foul odor of toilet while sleeping. Even though i asked the staff to clean it again but the stain and bad odor still remain. Definitely im not coming back.
