Fair price, bad stuff and too far away of everything
Pros:

The hotel had a good price regarding with other Shanghai's hotels, I did a reservation for several days, nevertheless, the receptionist looked annoyed because we were staying several days, even when we always paid. The hotel is really good, but too far of the rest of the city and stuff don't speak English at all, even tho, it was a really good option

This hotel must not exist, or its a scam... because I booked 4 nights but the taxi cannot find this hotel at all, and at 3:30 a.m. in the morning it was very frustrating, that finally the driver drop us off in a different hotel, which luckily this hotel is part of the Expedia listings.

We are very greatfull that the Expedia customer service whom I called did what was right to provide an excellent service to their customer like me that was very very mad.. I now can surely recommend Expedia to be one of the best company you can trust..
