The laundry room was excellent. They have a washer and dryer.

No conditioner in the bathroom just shampoo and body wash combined.

The hotel location is closed to Metro Station which is about 5 to 10 mins walking distance only. The hotel served breakfast from 6.30am to 9.30am and first come first serve only. The staff is friendly except for communication barrier despite that we can speak Chinese. One of the male staff service need to be improve in term of being more helpful and providing information in details. The room is spacious and clean but the light need to be improve as it is too dim even you have all the lights on in the room. For me to work with laptop, the lighting is not suitable hence seriously need to improve on the room lighting. Also, there is no refrigerator in the room should you need to store food or drink. Other that that, the hotel is considered reasonable and good location.

离老西门地铁站不远，交通方便。之前看到说有柱子房，特意定了个好一点的房型柱子在墙边不影响。每天有两瓶矿泉水。早餐是提供的面包鸡蛋牛奶，正好适合早上赶着出门带走。

只有两个车位，住了4天一直是满的。房间的洗漱用品是沐浴露洗发水二合一的，洗完头以后头发都打结只好自己出去买。房间也不算大，隔音一般般，一直能听见隔壁流水声，估计床旁边的墙那边是隔壁的厕所。

Good location since near to 2 stations. Laoximen station is probably better - go out exit 2 and keep walking straight ahead until you come to Fangxie Road, turn left and find the hotel on the right side. 5 or 6 minutes walk. Room was large and comfortable. Staff were friendly but English language level is not enough. They can call a taxi if you wish which is sometimes better than trying to catch one on the street. Just have the destination written in Chinese. I would stay again.

隔音很差，升級了有景觀的房可是窗是爛的，每天一大早外面就有很重的工程嘈音，還有隔壁小孩一直哭和樓上講話的聲音都聽得見！

最重要是酒店設有自助洗衣房

상해 7번갔는데 가격대비 진짜 깨끗하고 친절해요
관광지도 전부 가깝고 공항갈때 택시불러달라고 요청하면 택시도 불러줍니다
상해가서 만족할만한 호텔을 찾으려면 1박10만원 이상만이 답이었는데
이 호텔 알고나서 여기만 예약합니다 ㅋㅋㅋ

環境不優

房間本身蠻寬敞舒適，床铺也很好睡，整體環境乾淨整潔，唯一缺點就是假如房間離櫃台太近，隔音較差會吵，整體說來CP值很高

予約済みのはずが　ホテルでチェックインしようとしたら予約されてないと言われ　Hotels.comへ国際電話したが　いきなり音声ガイダンスになり日本語対応スタッフに代わりました。しかし対応が遅く　しばらくお待ちくださいと言われ保留のまま待っていましたが回答もなく　いきなり英語対応スタッフに代わり電話を切りました。
　その後帰国して5月7日に再度電話をしたところ　同じく音声ガイダンスにて電話がアメリカ合衆国へ転送されて日本語が話せる中国人のスタッフに代わり予約済みのホテルが予約されてなくて再度ホテル代を支払って宿泊したことを説明したところ　またしばらくお待ちくださいと言われたので　こちらの電話番号を確認してもらいかけ直してもらうよう依頼し　10分後に電話を貰い　すでに支払済みの宿泊費については返金することになりましたが　5月4日に国際電話した電話代についても返金して頂きたいです。
今回のように予約済みにも関わらず実際のホテルにチェックインで予約されていないケースは、初めての経験で　焦りました。国際電話で対処をお願いしょうとすると片言の日本語しか話せないスタッフで対応のレスポンスが悪いのでは次回からHotels.comは、使いたくないのが本音です。

Lage ist nicht schlecht, Nähe U-Bahn

While the service was excellent, and the location close to a MRT station, there wasn't much activity within the local area. In addition, there were renovations going on during our stay and the drilling and pounding started each morning at 8am sharp, so there was no sleeping in.

비지니스룸(D) 였는데 1층에 창문없는 방을 줘서 좀 그랬지만 1층에 다른 방향은 창문도 있었음
청소는 잘해주고 위치도 Laoximen역에서 4분정도 걸어가면 도착할 수 있고, 침대가 푹신해서 좋았음
다만 분명 데스크에 영어, 중국어 가능이라했지만 데스크 직원들이 중국어만 가능하여 중국어를 할 줄 모른다면 의사소통이 어려움
보증금을 내야한다고 하는데 따로 보증금을 내거나 한 점은 없음. 참고로 냉장고 없었음

really nice budget hotel, the facilities are basic but the room is fully equipped and the room was very clean.

Location is good, near MRT (5-10 mins walk), many food stall and localise. Provided simple breakfast. Room is clean and comfortable.

The JinJiang Inn is nice renovated. It's very clean and quiet. Location is superb closed to center main streets of Shanghai. I like it!
