The window was broken and could not be shut so hot air and smell as well as mosquitos constantly came in through it. Bedsheets were dirty (we discovered this as we were going to bed and had no chance to replace as the reception was empty) Asked them to change and clean the next day however they did not clean but left towels on floor and did not fill up toiletpaper (was barely any there to start with). Tv was broke too and they didnt seem too stressed about that either. Also found a used 1 use shampoo satchet in shower when we arrived. The “ac” was soo loud and because if the heat and extreme smell oozing in at night we had to have it on. Check iut was at 12 and we were about to leave the room when the cleaninglady knocjed on the door looking sour at exactly 12.03!! They really need to have a conversation with her - she really made the whole experience worse withthe looks she gave us! Room was really outdated and dirty. We have been travelling for 9 months now medium to low budget and this is the bottom 5 hotels we have been to.

The staff and the supervisor clearly did not have proper training and are impolite. Our room wasn’t cleaned after our first night of stay, so we asked the staff about it. She told us that we had to put the “make-up our room” sign by the doorknob so they’d know if we wanted our room cleaned. i told her that the supervisor/receptionist did not inform us about this when we checked-in. But instead of making it uo to us, she had to argue and made it sound like it’s our fault and we shoulve known. We also asked for the wifi password, but told us that only the supervisor knows the password. Should be given to us upon check-in. Also asked for their room rates for future references but the staff had no idea about it. Lastly, my brother left his shoes outside the room since it was starting to smell. The supervisor impolitely and furiously knocked on our door and told us that we should keep the shoes inside since they have other guests too. We understood her reasoning but she shouldve informed us nicely. We are guests too. Better look for other hotels that would make your stay stress-free.
We were not getting the room I booked! The owner overbooked the place! I had it booked for 3 nights but the place doesn’t have any amenities at all ! We have to answer our phone calls and walk downstairs to do it since our room phone isn’t in service We have to go buy our own paper plates to use in the unit! No kitchen supplies at all The shower was flooded! I paid for 3 nights but can’t get any refund or credit for the remaining 2 nights! Did not sleep well due to a stressful check in to start with that day 2/8/18 It was a nightmarish day for me and my wife we checked out early and find another place to stay which was a hassle! Very bad experience! Never will I trust those ads on your websites! Al
This place is very nice,.well decorated, clean, spacious, and the staff was very friendly. I would stay here again, next time I'm in Manila. They also serve breakfast with coffee. I was very impressed with this place. Do yourself a favor as well.
