Super Küche, abwechslungsreich und tolle Auswahl, tolles Salat-, und Vorspeise Buffet, ebenso Fruhstücksbuffet sehr nette Bedienung, ruhige Lage, trotzdem gut erschlossen, bei ausgebuchtem Betrieb trotzdem ruhige Art und offen für Fragen, Anliegen und rasche Bedienung, toller Saubabereich

Cons:

Essen die Gänge zT sehr rasch aufeinander serviert, bei gebuchtem Wellnessurlaub schade, dass keine interne Massage-/Wellnessangebote buchbar bei (Krankheits-)Ausfall, im Badebereich Düsen nicht funktionierend

Top Küche, Top Personal, aber beim Rest ist noch potenzial nach oben
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal! Top! Sehr gute Küche, top! Sauberkeit im Zimmer war nicht gut, Bettwäsche hatte Make up flecken und es waren einige Haare auf dem Bett und an den Bademänteln. Das Leder am Bett hat extrem gerochen, der Geruch ging nicht aus der Nase… zudem fanden wir, dass der Wellness Bereich mit nur 4 Doppelliegen viel zu klein war und das Wasser war auch nicht warm, waren vielleicht 23 anstatt 30 Grad….

La foresta nera è stata una scoperta fantastica
Pros:

Un ambiente suggestivo (un po’ vintage),posizione eccellente per le escursioni,buona cucina,personale gentile

Cons:

La moquette è un ricettacolo di acari della polvere per cui sono stata in congiuntivite allergica per tutto il soggiorno

Von A bis Z sehr gut.
Pros:

Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Essen tadellos vom Frühstück bis zum Nachtessen. Ruhige Lage in schöner Natur. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Gratisparkplatz vor dem Haus.

Cons:

Sessel im Zimmer und auf dem Balkon sehr abgenutzt. Ansonsten sehr schönes Zimmer und Badezimmer.

Pros:

Als erstes möchte ich das Personal loben. Sie sind alle hervorragend. Das Essen ist klasse. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Es ist ein älteres Haus und hat kleine Mängel, die aber durch die gesamte Atmosphäre im Haus wett gemacht wird. Es war ein rundherum toller Urlaub. Der Chef kümmert sich um jeden einzelnen Gast und ist wie alle jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert. Hier ist man willkommen.

Comfortabele kamers, uitstekende maaltijden, vriendelijke meisjes in de bediening, aangenaam zwembad, hondjes welkom. Prima concept All-in.
