Pros:

Wer auf alte Fachwerkhäuser und Geschichte steht, wird es hier lieben. Die Kombination aus dem historischen Gebäude und der modernen, stilvollen Einrichtung hat uns echt gut gefallen. Der Service war auch sehr persönlich und locker, man fühlt sich direkt willkommen.

Super Küche, abwechslungsreich und tolle Auswahl, tolles Salat-, und Vorspeise Buffet, ebenso Fruhstücksbuffet sehr nette Bedienung, ruhige Lage, trotzdem gut erschlossen, bei ausgebuchtem Betrieb trotzdem ruhige Art und offen für Fragen, Anliegen und rasche Bedienung, toller Saubabereich

Essen die Gänge zT sehr rasch aufeinander serviert, bei gebuchtem Wellnessurlaub schade, dass keine interne Massage-/Wellnessangebote buchbar bei (Krankheits-)Ausfall, im Badebereich Düsen nicht funktionierend

Top Küche, Top Personal, aber beim Rest ist noch potenzial nach oben
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal! Top! Sehr gute Küche, top! Sauberkeit im Zimmer war nicht gut, Bettwäsche hatte Make up flecken und es waren einige Haare auf dem Bett und an den Bademänteln. Das Leder am Bett hat extrem gerochen, der Geruch ging nicht aus der Nase… zudem fanden wir, dass der Wellness Bereich mit nur 4 Doppelliegen viel zu klein war und das Wasser war auch nicht warm, waren vielleicht 23 anstatt 30 Grad….
