Good location!
Pros:

Place is amazing with backwater, lined by coconut trees, room was big with bigger bathroom. We had booked family room with triple bed, but during checkin we came to know it was without AC, we were given smaller room with AC at same price. There is mice issue, one of our suitcase which was open, mouse had paid visit to packed food kept in same. Other than location, rest seem passable for the amount they charge. They conduct yoga sessions and provide spa services too at extra charges. Overall good stay.

Pros:

This was a wonderful place to stay with the most pleasing owners and staff. I was afraid it was not going to be family friendly but it was. The property had a relaxing atmosphere, great yoga teachers, and a good selection of food at their onsite restaurant. The beach was a short walk away with options for food and souvenirs.

Relaxing environment
Pros:

We enjoyed Palm tree a lot. Kind an helpful crew.
The environment was nice and the room suited our propose well. The only down side is that there can sometimes be little noisy (during evening and or nights)with the dogs that live outside the area. This is very common in India anyway so after travelling in different parts of India we were used to this.

Great stay didn't want to leave
Pros:

Slight distance to the popular beach palolem. But a couple of quid in a taxi. They stay was fantastic, the receptionist looked after us very well. The room was pleasant, with a unbelievable mattress compared to the other places we stayed in India. The set up was clean, tidy and very fun. The bathroom was sparkling clean. Had a lovely porch with sofa tables and chairs and even was carpeted. It was well shaded so no air-conditioning didn't cause any issues. It's just far enough away from the hustle of the town to hear all the wildlife in the evening. Really enjoyed myself and for the price I wish I could have stayed two weeks!

No heritage feel , no inetercom in room, no safe for family, no room service , total waste of money, no river its nala full of mosqito , no parking , no water in room , no ayurveda feel,
