В целом нормально
Pros:

Простенько, зато прям на пляже. Бунгало норм, не очень чисто конечно, но бывает хуже. Вода есть, холодная и горячая, кондей работает, завтраки дают вполне приличные. Персоналу отдельное спасибо, заселили раньше и вообще старались помочь во всем по мере возможностей.

Overall, it was a peaceful and refreshing stay close to nature.
Pros:

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay here. The property is serene and surrounded by nature, which made the experience very relaxing. The room allotted to us was perfect, and when we opened the door we could even catch a slight view of the sea, which was lovely. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who loves nature and is looking for a calm and peaceful getaway. 🌿✨

Ok stay
Pros:

The place was overall okey. The bathroom was not the cleanest, we did see a cockroach and heard some sounds (most likely cockroach) in the night which gave the chills. Maybe we were just unlucky with our hut, no others seemed to be having a bad experience. A ok stay for one night. The location directly on the beach was very nice, super easy to access the beach and the hotel’s restaurant was also good.

Comfortable stay but you should offer what you display
Pros:

Location is great. You can walk out to the beach directly.

Cons:

They advertised Deluxe Double room, but there is no such option. All are single rooms.

First stop on a trip to Goa
Pros:

Excellent location , right on the beach.
All the staff were really helpful and friendly

Cons:

Room tired in need of refurbishment, safety deposit box , however no key even after asking for several days , shower drips constantly, noisey aircon, very noisey fan.

Pros:

Расположение близко к морю. Добродушный дяденька еа рецепшен, при отъезде из номера, показал где можно принять душ. Телевизор не просто каналы, а ютуб и прочая доступность, кровать большая, горячая вода есть. В номер каждый день по 1л.воды на человека ставили. Завтраки терпимые

Cons:

Завтраки выкладывают поздно.. вообще завтрак в 9:00, а иногда и в 9:20 ещё ничего не было...
И матрац в ужасном состоянии, ложится было противно

Disappointing
Pros:

Only the location when I say location I mean in bang on the beach.

Cons:

There was water problem, half of the day water was running out. There is no phone in the room to connect to reception or the restaurant, we took numbers from the staffs but nobody ever responded to that, rather to get something I had to run to restaurant to give something or get used things out in the room and cherry on top the restaurant guy told me take things myself. Ahaa cleaning is most bizarre thing I experienced in my 5 days stay I chased 4 days to clean the room and after 4th day after I started getting irritated then only on last day my room got cleaned. This is absolutely ridiculous and of course there are lot other problems, even the behaviour of the staffs.

DEPRESSING & ZERO VALUE FOR MONEY PLACE
Pros:

We didn't like our stay.
So the receptionist did one good thing, the next day he shifted us to the new rooms available. Which was at least better.

Cons:

1-At this price it was not worth it. I would not even pay half the price that I paid to stay here.. At Baga, Calangute candolim there are so many good places we have stayed at half the price.

2- The staff in the restaurant was very very arrogant and rude.. Breakfast was complimentary, we went there at 10:30 am...It was over and he said come on time then only you will get breakfast... Breakfast time was 9-11 am.
So the next morning we didn't even go...

3- It is Beach front stay...but on the other side you have to take a long long walk to go to market...it's very much inside...no market outside...no nearby restaurant, cafe or market...

It's a dull and depressing place as per our experience...
PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Worst experience ever
Pros:

Nothing, except maybe the welcoming staff.

Cons:

Everything was bad, not clean, very dirty, door not locking, toilet broken, very bad smell, lizards in the room, worst experience in any hotel ever.
