Everything- Location, heritage look, antique ambiance, grand and very popular cafe. Most importantly, the hotel manager and his whole staff were so cordial, polite and welcoming.
Beautiful old Portuguese house. The manager, Min, was super helpful and a lovely host.

The atmosphere, the impeccable clean and cosy room, the little garden at the back. Very quiet. The staff is super efficient and the manager is very warm hearted and kind.
Our stay at Lar Amorosa Boutique Hotel was truly special. I was there with my wife and our son, and from the moment we arrived we were treated incredibly well. Collins, the owner, is such a warm and pleasant host — he really made us feel at home. The staff were just as wonderful, always friendly and attentive, and they went out of their way to make our little boy Jude feel included, often stopping to play with him and bring big smiles to his face.
The Jungle Café quickly became our favourite place to eat in Goa. The food was excellent, the setting was beautiful, and it had such a relaxed vibe that we found ourselves coming back again and again.
The combination of genuine hospitality, great food, and a peaceful boutique setting made this one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone wanting a warm Goan welcome.
Café is just OK than the room service.
The room shown on Booking.com was not the actual one provided. We booked the property as a family and, due to our late arrival, had no choice but to accept the accommodation. However, it was very disappointing. Although we had selected a room with breakfast included, no breakfast was provided. Additionally, there was no drinking water available at the property. It turned out to be just a small house, not a proper hotel or serviced accommodation as advertised. The listing was misleading and did not meet our expectations.
Even Staff are not well known about property; Owner/manager not replying only contact with that staff.
I stay there for around 2 days with my family and my toddlers it's so rainy when we go there but the staff is very helpful they provide each and everything we need actually I extended my stay for one day because rain is over after that and the stays so comfortable and its available so there give me extra one day stay in same Cottage everything is good kitchen has all the equipments so that I can cook for my 3 year old baby also and I have my older parents so it is easy to me for all the things are there it's like a vacation home staff is so kind I like the overall experience

The Big Bathrooms, the elegant and traditionally furnished rooms and property, the perfect size pool with a tree and environment to chill and have fun with friends. Obviously, everything was clean and organized (ADHD satisfied). Colorful birds trying to eat the fruit from the tree, skin tan, ham and cheese sandwich, room service and hospitality, lounge area with some amazing stuff showcased for viewing and the list goes on.

We were a mix of people, who have lived in a dorm and 7-star hotels, and ALL of us had the best weekend ever!
We reached at 3AM (15-hour road-trip went well) and Avita made sure we were received properly and get us checked into our rooms.
I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this Goa resort. The location was excellent, providing easy access to [mention specific attractions or beaches if you like]. The staff was decent and helpful, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a good experience
