結構安い。部屋は清潔。エアコンの風が直接当たらないのもいい。

Pleasant 2 night stay in Matsumoto.
Pros:

Amazing location. Close to the Matsumoto Castle, Frog Street, and in walking distances to the most of the city. Loved the Japense style of bathroom. Room was big for three people and two large suitcases. Really cool to have actual keys to open the hotel door.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. Best price for what we were looking for.

松本城にも歩いて行けるし、最高です。
Pros:

朝食美味しかったです。　広いお部屋でお風呂トイレがセパレートなのも助かりました。
早くに到着しましたが、駐車が可能でした（有料）。　まだ車を出し入れもするかもしれないと伝えると、それが簡単にできるスペースを用意していただけました。

Cons:

部屋のエアコンが少しうるさかったですが、寒さには代えられません。
ベッドふとんは暖かいですが、真冬の松本、エアコンを入れっ放しで寝ました。
朝食会場の席が少ないので、行くタイミングが難しいかもです。ロビーのテーブルも解放してくれてます。それでいつもカバー出来てるのだと思います。しかし、食事をするのにはちょっと気が引ける感じがします。

The hotel’s premier feature is its proximity to the action with convenient store nearby.
Winter Illumination: You are perfectly positioned for the Matsumoto Castle Projection Mapping (which runs from Dec 13, 2025, to Feb 15, 2026). It is an easy 3–5 minute walk to the castle and the Daimyomachi Street light displays, meaning you can quickly duck back to the hotel if you get too cold.
Parking: They offer parking for 800 yen per night at a nearby lot—a great rate for the city center during peak holidays.

Cons:

The Room: This is a classic, dated Japanese business inn, so manage your expectations accordingly:
Small & Cold: The rooms are tiny and can get quite chilly in the winter. While small heaters are provided, they may struggle to warm the entire space.
