The property is clean all the time also the personal inside is very good , but the booking said included breakfast this is lie.
Staff is amazing. Really felt at home. Stayed almost 2 weeks. Would have stayed longer but had to go. Location is great, short walk to back gate of yoga barn. Lots of shops and restaurants. Pool is wonderful. I had the suite with the large bath and table and cough, and they have room service and really good massage for actual normal prices, like you get outside so I stayed in a lot ;-) it says 3 days but I extended several times. I will come again. Can't get all this for that price anywhere. Wifi was good.
I was low season so it was very quiet. But last two nights someone moved in upstairs and somehow was up all night. Not loud but just could hear them walk around. So its not super sound proof.

You could hear other guest as the hallway echos into your room. Sheets were dirty and had to ask for new ones
It is in a very convenient area. Everything surrounding this area is there. It is just walking distance from the monkey forest. In addition, the room is so spacious and the bathroom is spacious too. The staff were very welcoming and nice, they even gave us complimentary fruit for our long stay. They smile and greet us every time we pass through the hall. Overall great hotel.
The aircon is malfunctioning sometimes, however we always got it to work. It takes time for the room to get cold, however given the area, the room itself isn't hot. The staff forgot to make our room a couple of times, however the fault was also on us for letting them do it later than they are suppose to.

房間都是壁癌，空氣中彌漫著發霉的味道，床墊和枕心有大大小小的黑斑，床頭櫃有一層灰塵，淋浴間的縫隙都是黑色的黴菌，免治馬桶座的縫隙都黃黃的。
燈光昏暗，床位上有個空著的接頭，可能是之前的主燈。
因為晚上可能會有猴子入侵，必須要把陽台鎖好，不能通風，但是室內又有霉味，非常兩難。
浴巾或是日曬用的毛巾都有些破損，躺椅也有些凹下去破掉的地方。
感覺曾經輝煌，但急需要大翻新。雖然硬體無法馬上修改，但是至少整潔度要足夠：換床墊枕頭各種床單、把衛浴刷乾淨、洗冷氣等等。以現在的品質不應該販售。
There was a ton of space in the room and the staff were really nice. Quiet, with a strong wifi. Walkable to anywhere in central Ubud. Happy we stayed here!
The room could use minor improvements but overall was really good.
