Great for short stay
Pros:

Location very good, loved the pool. Staff worked there all so lovely

Cons:

You could hear other guest as the hallway echos into your room. Sheets were dirty and had to ask for new ones

Overall a great hotel for the money. It is spacious and has pretty much everything you need. I would definitely stay her

It is in a very convenient area. Everything surrounding this area is there. It is just walking distance from the monkey forest. In addition, the room is so spacious and the bathroom is spacious too. The staff were very welcoming and nice, they even gave us complimentary fruit for our long stay. They smile and greet us every time we pass through the hall. Overall great hotel.

Cons:

The aircon is malfunctioning sometimes, however we always got it to work. It takes time for the room to get cold, however given the area, the room itself isn't hot. The staff forgot to make our room a couple of times, however the fault was also on us for letting them do it later than they are suppose to.

Pros:

員工積極友善，陽台直接可以進到泳池。

Cons:

房間都是壁癌，空氣中彌漫著發霉的味道，床墊和枕心有大大小小的黑斑，床頭櫃有一層灰塵，淋浴間的縫隙都是黑色的黴菌，免治馬桶座的縫隙都黃黃的。
燈光昏暗，床位上有個空著的接頭，可能是之前的主燈。
因為晚上可能會有猴子入侵，必須要把陽台鎖好，不能通風，但是室內又有霉味，非常兩難。
浴巾或是日曬用的毛巾都有些破損，躺椅也有些凹下去破掉的地方。
感覺曾經輝煌，但急需要大翻新。雖然硬體無法馬上修改，但是至少整潔度要足夠：換床墊枕頭各種床單、把衛浴刷乾淨、洗冷氣等等。以現在的品質不應該販售。

Pros:

There was a ton of space in the room and the staff were really nice. Quiet, with a strong wifi. Walkable to anywhere in central Ubud. Happy we stayed here!

Cons:

The room could use minor improvements but overall was really good.

Great getaway for short stay in Ubud
Pros:

Having a concierge and a restaurant on whatsapp worked really well. Immediate response and excellent room service. Staff in hotel, restaurant and spa all excellent. Pool was very nice as well.

Cons:

Wifi signal in my room on 3rd floor was not always strong. For 2 nights the hotel was perfect but for longer stays I think I would go to somewhere where you hear less of the traffic nearby.
