Pros:

Расположение отеля хорошее, в номере чисто. Персонал приятный. В целом осталась довольна, особенно молодым человеком который помогает припарковать авто. Я останавливалась с собачкой, отель предоставляет мисочки и лежак(у нас были свои) поэтому я отказалась, но было бы плюсом если бы они к этому инвентарю добавили 2 дополнительные бутылочки с водой, конкретно для собачки.

Cons:

Не понравилось что туалетные принадлежности которые были перечислены на листочке в ванной по запросу...у меня на одну ночь стоял только шампунь\гель и мыло все.... ни шапочки ни лосьона для тела, ни одноразовых ватных дисков. Я пришла в номер достаточно поздно, и естественно я в 22.00 не буду ходить на рецепшен и разбираться почему нет принадлежностей. Но это мне не очень понравилось. И да в номере нет чайника, к сожалению, он наверно тоже по запросу.

Задоволена перебуванням 😊
Pros:

Це один з моїх найулюбленіших готелів у Львові 🫶, кухня, панорама, номери все супер і головне комфортно. Є парковка. Весь центр на долоні 🥰

Cons:

Були відкриті чіпси в холодильнику))) не додивилися дівчатка, але це більше мінус попереднім гостям, що таке зробили і не оплатили, ніж персоналу.

Cons:

Неочікувано висока ціна за добу перебування із домашнім улюбленцем. 500 грн вважаю це занадто.
