Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, die Innenstadt ist in etwa 15 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Zimmer (Deluxe‑Doppelzimmer mit Balkon) in der 4. Etage war sehr groß, komfortabel und angenehm ruhig. Besonders gefallen hat uns das schöne historische Gebäude in dem sich das Hotel befindet, inklusive eigenem Restaurant und einem sehr ansprechenden Frühstücksraum. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Im Sommer könnte es vielleicht etwas warm werden in den Dachgeschoss-Zimmern.

Pros:

One of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. Front desk staff were so friendly, informative and kind. We were upgraded to a suite which was beautiful and very comfortable. Brilliant location which is walking distance from most sites. The bathroom was huge with excellent water pressure, plus a luxurious bath with lovely toiletries. Room was tastefully decorated and the overall building is historic and unique. We were so sorry to leave!

Elegant stay at heart of Budapest
Pros:

The Callas House has an amazing location, just right next to the Hungarian Opera State House.
Also on a famous shopping street.

To be honest I booked it due to the old school vibe. The fascinating bathroom, which is reach in copper details, pure design elements. Bright but not too much.
The room was spacious, everything what you need for short/long stay comfort.

People at the reception desk were superkind and helped with extra request immediately.

Cons:

Small things are coming where personally I shall improve:
- there was no kettle. I missed my evening tea, only coffee machine (Nespresso) was available in the room
- selection of breakfast bit poor and boring. Maybe add some sausages, diff cheese ?!
Improve on quality of orange juice (it was not fresh and very watery, with lots sugar)

Unfortunately the Air Conditioning wasn’t working. Only had the breakfast once, but was very limited in selection.

Очень дружелюбный персонал ) нас заселили раньте времени в 11:00 . Это вообще какое то чудо ! Огромное спасибо ! Номер дали очень фотогеничный ) с красивым окном , но на шумную улицу , даже беруши не спасали ( увы

Завтраки …. Все пишут про ужасные завтраки и руководство ничего с этим не делает ..
чтоб вы понимали овощи : огурец
Фрукты : апельсин )))) это жесть
Самому персоналу видно даже неудобно и стыдно подавать такое …. Прям реально снижаю 5 баллов !!!! Это очень некрасиво по отношению к гостчи вашего отеля !
Не вернусь !
Хотя персонал просто топ !!!

Huge room in a great location.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, enormous room and bathroom. The reception staff were all lovely and very helpful. The room was cleaned nicely each day.
Lovely big windows, and nice pictures on the walls. Wonderful deep bath!
Breakfast was good, nice to have some hot food options.
Great location, handy for buses and metro.

Cons:

One day we went down 40 minutes before the end of breakfast and several items had already gone, and weren't being replenished. The other days were fine, though.
English Breakfast tea bags were used up on our first morning and not replenished, and tea was made by ladling hot water from a pan into your cup, which seemed very strange! There was a jug/pot one day, not sure why it wasn't used every day - maybe it's a Hungarian tradition?! 🤷🏼‍♀️

Pros:

El personal del hotel muy amable,nos dejaron un detalle en ña hsbitacion para celebrar nuestro aniversario de boda. Un hotel con mucho encanto, muy biem ubicado, un edificio con mucha historia.

Cons:

La habitación y la terraza no estaba muy limpia. Y habia ricones con polvo que se limpiaba de hacia tiempo.

El desayuno, por la categoria del hotel era escaso y poca variedad

Habitación amplia, con terraza y balcón con unas vistas espectaculares (sin spoiler) Nuestra habitación era perfecta, como una suite, cama grande, baño cómodo y grande, con todo los detalles de calidad, una decoración hecha con mucho gusto y elegancia

Cons:

Por decir algo ya que todo fue perfecto - se filtraba un poco de luz por la cortina que daba a la escalera de la terraza. Se puede mejorar con un velcro o gancho.

Pros:

Emplacement parfait juste à côté de l'Opéra (à visiter!) et du métro M1. Chambre tout confort et propre. Accueil très sympathique.

Cons:

Manque de fruits et pâtisseries industrielles au petit déjeuner,
Oreillers trop plats/mous.
