Ci sono soggiorni che ricordi. E poi ci sono quelli che senti.
Pros:

Il mio soggiorno al Callas House di Budapest è stata un’esperienza che ha superato ogni aspettativa.

Avevo richiesto una sorpresa speciale in camera… ma quello che ho trovato è andato ben oltre l’immaginazione: torta, palloncini decorativi, fiori freschi e persino una bottiglia di prosecco pronta per brindare. Un’attenzione così curata, così generosa, che mi ha lasciata davvero senza parole. Una di quelle sorprese che ti fanno sentire accolta, ascoltata, coccolata.

Il personale? Semplicemente squisito.
Gentilezza autentica, sorrisi veri, disponibilità costante. Di quelle accoglienze che fanno la differenza e trasformano un hotel in un luogo del cuore.

La colazione è stata un altro punto altissimo del soggiorno: proposte dolci e salate di grande qualità, varietà ampia, tutto freschissimo e davvero, davvero buono. Una colazione “top” nel vero senso della parola.

E poi la posizione: eccellente.
Una vera salvezza durante tutto il soggiorno a Budapest. Centrale, comoda, perfetta per muoversi a piedi e vivere la città senza stress.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo appunto: la camera mi era sembrata leggermente più grande in foto, e il balconcino – davvero molto piccolo – aveva purtroppo la luce esterna non funzionante. Dettagli minimi, che però vale la pena segnalare.

Nel complesso?
Un’esperienza unica, romantica, curata, elegante.
Un soggiorno che sceglierei di nuovo, senza alcun dubbio.

We had a great stay and would definitely return!
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised to find out when we arrived that we had been upgraded to a larger room, which had a great view over the opera house. The room was lovely and had everything that we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was lovely!

Cons:

The room was very hot particularly at night and the pillows weren’t very comfortable. Would recommend new pillows!

Callas House has a beautiful historical elegance that you simply don’t find in most hotels anymore, yet it still offers all the modern comforts you could want. From the moment I walked in, it felt warm, intimate, and thoughtfully curated—more like staying in a refined private residence than a hotel.

What truly sets Callas House apart, however, is the staff. Every single person I encountered was exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They went out of their way to accommodate every need I had, always with warmth and professionalism, making me feel truly cared for rather than just checked in.
