Отель понравился. Расположение идеальное с видом на оперу. Персонал очень вежливый и приятный. Получили апгрейд номера на одну ночь, что очень приятно. Все чисто, красиво, хороший запах везде, включая лифт. Отель в отреставрированном старинном здании.
Завтрак разочаровал. Очень простой, слишком простой для такого хорошего отеля. Подан в старинном кафе при отеле, в котором прекрасные пирожные и торты. Но ни выпечки, ни пирожных, даже ни одного простого тортика или кекса на завтрак.

Non c’è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto,è stato tutto perfetto. Potrei solo consigliare considerato il livello alto del Callas di rivedere la colazione (sostituire la macchina istantanea del caffè/latte con una macchina professionale con persona addetta all’utilizzo,sostituire i succhi commerciali con centrifughe fatte al momento ed ampliare la scelta dei prodotti sia per salato che per quanto riguarda il dolce…..con prodotti prettamente tipici e artigianali.

No personal touch breakfast poor.. only staff you seen was breakfast no correspondence.. reception on 3rd floor young lady was very nice but only seen her on checking out not complaining just giving a review I like personal touch and a hotel reception sitting area

Me sorprendió un poco la entrada al hotel.
No especifican al hacer la reserva que la recepción es en la 3° planta.
Pero resulta al final comodo.
