The hotel staff made our stay unforgettable. Special thanks to Mr. Mehran at reception — he was incredibly welcoming and even gave us a gift when he saw how tired we were.
Housekeeping was one of the best we’ve ever experienced — rooms were spotless, neatly arranged, and they even folded our clothes. Daily room amenities included charging, coffee, tea, and water, with a very reasonable mini bar.
Breakfast was good and economical for a small hotel. Our room had a lovely view of the street and the opera.

Central location, the rooms are lovely and spacious, comfy bed, room had the added bonus of a coffee machine (restocked daily)and a kettle which you don’t always get abroad. Breakfast is taken in the restaurant downstairs with plenty of variety of both hot and cold items available. Would def stay again.
Maybe put a sign on wall as come out of the lift saying Callas House above the small one saying reception this way as it’s not immediately obvious you’ve got right place.
Nothing - if you are expecting a bar there isn’t one unless you go down to the restaurant below which is worth trying for an evening meal. The hotel do provide a selection of drinks to purchase from the fridge in the rooms.
Loved the location, staff, value for money and the authenticity of the hotel. Beautiful features and so well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the lady on reception. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The room was big with nice decoration and had everything we needed.
The breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and the staff were attentive to replenishing it and gave a good service.
The hotel is located in a nice area.
The picture of the bar is a bit misleading as not being part of the hotel nor is the breakfast area. You cannot have a drink and put it on the hotelroom number for instance as these are 3 separate "Callas" companies.
Excellent central location helpful pleasant staff. Very clean, very comfortable. Despite being on main road next to all designer shops etc very peaceful & quiet. Lovely cafe next door with friendly attentive staff. We were upgraded on arrival lovely surprise
Breakfast was not great bit basic & lack of choice.not consistent on different days. No rolls (Wednesday & ran out of cheese & Juice & not replaced) Due to Callas being major film location we were sent round corner to another Hotel for breakfast, which was amazing. (Number 12)

Honestly everything. From the staff to the location to the awesome view on the opera, to the interior of the room and hotel. We kept admiring this hotel every single day of our stay in Budapest. You can walk to anywhere from the hotel. The airport shuttle bus is 10 minutes walk. Metro is literally 1 minute. Tram is 5. Would 100% stay here again if I were to visit Budapest in the near future
