Lovely place, great staff
Pros:

Everything, staff are so nice, helped organise an angkor wat trip for us, cleaning was perfect. Pool area is lovely and just a really nice hotel overall. Room was also really nice!

Trochę rozczarował. Choć obsługa, czystość i sam pokój ok.

Basen dużo mniejszy niż na zdjęciach. Pokój z balkonem trochę przerażał betonową ścianą w odległości 1,5 od drzwi tarasowych. Nie sposób więc było skorzystać z tarasu. Śniadanie raczej skromne

Very nice pool and rooms. Perfect to chill when its hot outside.

Cons:

Staff was friendly but didnt talk a lot. Some dont speak english.

The breakfast was ok but the bread seemed to be old and the rice and noodles werenoften cold.

Pros:

Room was nice, pool was relaxing to sit near though very loud in the day as there's a school next door. Laundry came back clean and same day and rooms cleaned daily.

Cons:

I didn't have any hot water and everytime I needed some I had to go to the reception so they could send the maintenance man up to my room with a ladder and he did something to switch the hot water back on but it only lasted a short time. This got annoying very quickly. The internet was also very poor and often didn't work in the room.

Pros:

Très bon hôtel. Tout - le confort, le design, le petit déjeuner... - est un cran au-dessus des hôtels bon marché avec piscine, pour un prix comparable (environ 30$). À recommander !

Cons:

Il vaut mieux réserver en direct avec l'hôtel plutôt que par plateforme booking, c'est moins cher. D'autant plus que leur service client est désastreux.
La localisation est du bon côté de la rivière (l'autre côté est souvent agité et livré au tourisme de masse, ce côté est plus tranquille), mais on est à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la rivière. Ce n'est pas forcément gênant mais il faut le savoir.

no breakfast for me; room was OK, spacious bath, room design ok; ok view, no problems

Cons:

room smelled like cigarettes even though it's no smoking. not so pleasant. otherwise comfortable, minimal design -- ok but could use a longer desk surface, or without the clothing bars and refrig in the same space.

Alles war top. Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und es gab sogar eine bestückte Minibar mit humanen Preisen. Der Pool war ebenfalls sehr schön.

Der Wasserdruck hätte besser sein können.
