Cons:

They advertise a indoor heated swimming pool and this is not the case my children were disappointed, it is only hammam, plus they advertise that the rooms are sound proofed and they are not, all night we could hear the room next door’s kids fighting, it was clean and tidy, and easy to get to the centre of bursa from,

Entrance to the hotel is nice, breakfast is good, 3 parking spot in the front, if it is busy, they have few places behind the hotel at carwash. Stuff was friendly and nice. I wanna say thaks to them.

Cons:

Smell generally at the hotel. I think cigarette. Rooms definitely needs renovations, starting from the bathroom. New furniture would be nice. Our room door wasnt closing good.

Die Einhaltung von getrennten Bereichen. Man konnte gemütlich mit der Familie Urlaub machen.

Cons:

Es konnte zu der Zeit die Wäsche nicht gewaschen werden, weil die Waschmaschine defekt war und es musste der Fernseher ausgetauscht werden.

المبنى موقعه قريب من أغلب المجمعات والأماكن السياحية والخدمات و الموظفون يحاولون قدر المستطاع المساعده

المبنى قديم ،المفارش قديمه وسيئه جداً ، النظافه متواضعه جداً ، الشبابيك والأبواب الخاصه بالشرفه تسرب الهواء البارد لداخل الغرف ، و الحمام قديم يجب أن يجدد، سخان الماء مغلق غالب الوقت ونضطر للإتصال بالخدمه للتأكد من تشغيله
