I like the hotel because it’s clean, spacious, and a very functional kitchen

Cons:

Noise especially from dog barking, smell of smoke of cigarettes in the room but not a smoking room, no couch by the bed side to sit down and watch tv even though there are pictures on the website clearly stated for that particular room that there’s a couch by the bed side apart from the reading table and chair

Très décevant et sale
Cons:

Déjeuner est un simple petit mini muffin et du gruau et il en n avait pas pour nous3 personnes.
Les planchers et plafonds sont sales. Il manque des serviettes dans la salle de bain, pas de glace de fait donc on n a pas pu boire notre vin. Le congélateur coule. Pas de cadran ni téléphone. Personne au bureau lors de notre départ le matin.

la ubicación y la disponibilidad

Cons:

pague 100 en tarjeta de credito y al llegar al hotel me pidieron 50 mas con la tarjeta de debito por garantía de la habitación, en total pague $150 y dijeron que al terminar el servicio lo devolvían, nunca lo hicieron... eso está mal la habitación la entregamos impecable.

Pros:

El hotel desde que entras tiene un olor buenisimo a limpio, hasta llegar al cuarto 325 tenía un olor horrible y al día siguiente habían cucarachas en el área de la estufa. Lo entregue antes de tiempo.

Cons:

No me gustó el olor que tenía el cuarto y tenían cucarachas.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE, IT WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!

It smelled so bad. The sheets were dirty. The toilet was rusty and chipped. There was 2x4 piece of wood holding up the sink. It felt unsafe. No front desk availability after 11PM. No security. Kids wrestling in the hallway. Strange people in and around the facility. Someone openly was walking around with a marijuana blunt although it was a “drug free” facility. It was very disappointing all around. I didn’t even complete my full stay. I drove back to CT at 1AM. I called to “check out” since no front desk was available and was directed to leave the key in the room and leave. They didn’t ask my name or room number. This place was beyond unacceptable!

Wouldn't stay again. Room was missing many things including a mattress

Cons:

There was no toilet paper, towels, soap or shower curtain. I also reserved a room with 2 beds but when I arrived there was only one mattress. The other bedframe was empty. All of these options are unacceptable

Short and sweet

when I arrived they told me it wasn’t the right place I booked online for and that they didn’t have my reservation I ended up having to get a whole
New room for a more expensive price so I was upset about that
