We left and went somewhere else.
Pros:

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The location was good. Everything else... awful.

Cons:

The booking form said they accepted dogs & cats: on arrival, they told us no cats. They also wanted to charge a pet fee of $150. The room itself was cramped and the floor was dirty. The bath towels were grimy. The whole place stank of marijuana and other people's cooking, and we could hear the televisions from the rooms either side. We decided to find somewhere else to stay. Honestly the worst hotel room in over 50 years of traveling - and I've stayed in a very wide range of places around the world.

the only thing nice was that it was close to the tanger outlets and food

Cons:

the hotel room was absolutely disgusting, we found an old used bar of soap in the shower along with a roach. the room itself smelled horrible. the floors had not been swept or mopped. the tv did not work. it was just overall disgusting. a sticker on the bathroom mirror said housekeeping services are only provided every two weeks.

Absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Cons:

Rooms are dirty and roach infested. Leaking toilet they didn't call until the next day after notifying them. Paper plates with food left in refrigerator. Refrigerator unplugged and hot on arrival. Woke up to roach crawling towards my face. I will never stay at Woodspring again.

Cons:

The staff were rude when I was trying to check in. And actually made me feel unwelcome and like I didn’t know anything when I’m the one who booked the room. I didn’t even stay. I left and went somewhere else. Will never book here again.
