Absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at.
Pros:

Not anything really.

Cons:

Rooms are dirty and roach infested. Leaking toilet they didn't call until the next day after notifying them. Paper plates with food left in refrigerator. Refrigerator unplugged and hot on arrival. Woke up to roach crawling towards my face. I will never stay at Woodspring again.

Cons:

The staff were rude when I was trying to check in. And actually made me feel unwelcome and like I didn’t know anything when I’m the one who booked the room. I didn’t even stay. I left and went somewhere else. Will never book here again.

Pros:

The woman that works the night shift is loud , unprofessional, I believe rachet would best fit her. She not only got other guest to come with her to my door to address a problem but she also asked me to return used non working keys to her then proceeded to take a smoke break when Iwas clearly standing there waiting to give these gets to her. She yelled at me at my doorway about the issue , which I add had nothing to do with me. Never once did she get a word of input from me.

Don’t do it!
Pros:

This property was literally the WORST we have ever stayed in. They charge for Wi-Fi. They don’t have a front desk person. The manager walked in the room after a quick knock not once but TWICE. The elevator is faulty and you get charged if you need a room key. The whole place reeks of weed. The shower is AWLFUL, with mold behind the shower head barely hanging in the wall. Do yourself a favor and stay LITERALLY anywhere else.

The person In the front was VERY rude with a nasty attitude. The rooms were nasty, they have roaches and the tubs were dirty like somebody had already bathe in them before us. 10/10 would NOT recommend !!

Don't let the name fool you.
Pros:

We were expecting the beds to be better not that comfortable and pillows were too soft...The microwave didn't work so they moved us to room that had a working one....pool was closed no breakfast no ice machine in the building and no coffee makers in room...will not stay there again...we were not impressed at all
