Pros:

The bed and amenities were amazing for the price and really nice after a long day of walking. Yes the room is small but they put things in the right order for getting ready that it felt functional

Cons:

The distance to shinjuku but for the price it was worth it. 30min walk or 10 min train ride

Cons:

Everything. Room way too small for 2 people. Had to climb over my spouse to get out of the bed. Could not relax at all. If you stay here be sure to get a room with 2 beds.
