Definitely booking again!
Pros:

I liked that it was close to the stations to get to where I needed to be, I wasn't able to use the spa because of my tattoo but, even without it, enjoyed the facilities available. Staff also was very kind and helped answer any questions I had. There were also staff who spoke English but even with basic Japanese you'll be fine.

セミダブル狭い、朝食は美味しい。２人分を払っているのに、椅子は２度困るめっちゃすっきり。

接客が良いです。ご飯も美味しい。

Cons:

セミダブルの部屋を2人で使い2人分のお金を払っているのに、椅子が一つしかなかった。外部の居酒屋なども予約一杯で入ることが出来ずファミマでご飯を購入し部屋で食べるしかなかった。ところが椅子が部屋に一つしかなくテーブルもなかったので机で椅子に座って食べるしか方法しかないというのに、フロントに椅子をお願いしても、セミダブルの部屋は椅子が１個です、ツインは２個あったのですがと言われすぐに対応してくれず対応を断られた。２人分のお金を払って２泊するのだから納得できない旨伝え、椅子を持ってきてもらうようしつこくお願いしてやっと対応をしてもらいました。

Clean comfy stay with all amenities
Pros:

Great location for the area I needed to be in. The price is great and although the room is small as is fairly standard in Tokyo I had enough space. The large desk and mirror was great for getting ready in the mornings. Shower had good power. Lots of washers/dryers and coin machines which I found useful. Plenty of shops nearby and a short walk to Shinjuku area.

Cons:

I’m not sure why I got fresh towels hung on my door every day when I hadnt asked for them seems a bit wasteful but I appreciated it!

Pros:

大浴場もあり、混雑状況もTVでわかるところや無人売店である程度のものが買えて、便利だった。
朝食のバイキングも充実していた。

Cons:

夕食はもう少しメニューがあれば良かったことと、お肉を注文したつもりがハンバーグのようなものが来て、納得しないまま食べて、後で外のメニューを見たら、写真はその通りで、少しがっかりした。
