Für eine Nacht, ging es
Pros:

Naja preislich war es für Hamburg halt okay. Es gab eine Flasche Wasser und Habdtücher. Das Zimmer war relativ sauber.

Cons:

Also der Check in war umständlich, aber machbar. Der Check out hat nicht funktioniert. Die Zimmer haben Stadtnamen und man hat nur die überall gelesen. Beim Check out wird man nach der Zimmernummer gefragt. Was stimmt da nicht!?
Zimmer waren sehr abgelebt. Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr belebten Gegend. Parkplatz für den PKW finden ist ein Glücksspiel. Dafür aber kostenlos 😂
Das kleinste Problem war am Ende noch der Duschkopf, der an jeder Stelle undicht war und sich angehört hat, als ob ein Geist in der Leitung feststeckt und befreit werden will vor lauter Qualen 😵

Price was good, room was okay, rest was disappointing
Cons:

Checkout didn't work at all.
For checkin I had to provide a LOT of personal data, instead of a simple booking-reference or something.

Checkout required me to enter a room-number, but there are no room-numbers, only names (and yes, it's not possible to enter a name, it's numbers only).
There is an advanced search for that case, that didn't find any booking connected to me.

Also I did request a business-invoice, I'm still waiting to receive one.

Horrible and unhealthy expierence
Cons:

Water leaking from the ceiling, flooded floor and mold. Poor handling by the hotel.

When we arrived on the night of 16 October, water was dripping from the ceiling and the entire floor of our room was flooded. The wall was also covered in mold and damp. I called reception and the staff member only sent someone to put towels on the floor. We were told nothing else could be done: we could either leave at 2 am or stay in the room and be given a new one the next day. Leaving in the middle of the night was not realistic, so we stayed, and the floor flooded again during the night.

The next day we were moved to another room, which was fine. However, the hotel did not offer any compensation or refund for the night in the unsafe room. I contacted them in writing several times and received no reply about the refund.

I have photos of the leak, the flooded floor and the mold. I would not recommend this hotel, especially in rainy weather.

Wo soll ich anfangen.... Küche... Kaputte Jalousien.... Brandgeruch...Russ am Fenster... unsauberes Geschirr
Keine Geschirrhandtücher??? Womit sollte man abtrocknen?
Türklinke im Bad defekt...von innen kam man nicht raus.
Spülkasten Einzel WC kaputt
Steckdosen und Lichtschalter zum Teil ausgebrochen.
Löcher in der Wand???
Batterien Fernbedienung alle
Kein Besen oder irgendwas womit man hätte mal zwischen durch gerne gekehrt

Wenn man mit Kindern fährt keine Sitzgelegenheiten in Küche oder irgendwas wi man sich gemeinsam hinsetzen hätte können

Es war einen versuch wert,…
Cons:

- die parksituation war ein absoluter Horror! Eine halbe Stunde gesucht und der einzige Parkplatz musste am Mittwoch morgen um 5 Uhr für den Markt frei gemacht sein
- nicht sonderlich sauber
- Bett unbequem
- eine Nachttischlampe war abgebrochen, hing am Kabel: keine der beiden Seiten funktionierte

Cons:

Obwohl es ein Hotel ist, gab es in meinem Zimmer nicht ein einziges Handtuch. Sollte das, dass Konzept des Hotels sein, dann wäre eine Info wichtig, dass man das selbst mitbringen soll. Denn bei der Bezeichnung Hotel gehe ich schon davon aus, das Handtücher gestellt werden.

Won't come back here. Slow internet, uncofortable beds, nosy cleaning personnel. Unclean shower.
Pros:

The self-check-in process was easy and worked. The way to the room was clearly marked.

Cons:

The cleaner entered the room and took a look at the bed besides me telling them that we do not want any service. The bathroom was not clean, there were spots of brownish liquid in the shower. The "high speed internet" was < 3 mbit/s download and < 1 mbit/s upload.
