Pros:

Für den Preis war es ok. Diese Unterkunft könnte mehr aus sich machen. Es war eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Neu eingerichtet aber leider war es nicht sauber . Paar Bilder kleine Details an die Wände eine Garderobe für die jacken kleiner Tisch zum essen und es wär ein schnuckeliger insider.

Pros:

Gut erreichbar mit S-Bahn und Bus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Gut verschattetes Apartment. Im Sommer nicht allzu warm.

Cons:

Erstmal sieht das Gebäude von außen sehr heruntergekommen aus (defintiv nicht so schick wie die Bilder), wie das restliche Viertel in dem es steht. Überall Zigarettenkippen auf der Treppe vor der Türe, nicht sehr einladend. Dann läuft das einchecken nicht ganz so wie beschrieben, dann am Telefon einen eher unfreundlichen Herren. Nachdem wir dann die Zimmerkarten hatten, wurde der falsche Eingang beschrieben. Im Flur ein fürchterlichen Gestank nach Chlor (damit wird wohl geputzt). In dem Appartement angekommen stinkt es nach allem möglichen.....Chlor, Abfluss und keine Ahnung was noch. Ich bin auch echt enttäuscht, in der Dusche noch der Schaum vom Vorgänger, Zahnpastareste im Waschbecken. Waschbecken verschmiert, also sichtlich nicht geputzt. In der Küche schmutziges Geschirr vom Vorgänger aufgestellt zum trocknen. Schmutzige Türen, Vorhänge, Bettdecke, Fenster usw....... . Fernseher ohne Anschluss. Ich könnte noch mehr aufzählen aber das sprengt den Rahmen hier. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

For dyrt, for skuffende.
Cons:

Gammel skrammel. Ingen elevator, parkering nærmest umuligt, sengene meget hårde, alt skriger af gammel inventar der skal udskiftes. Skimmelsvamp i vinduerne. Gardiner ødelagt. Jeg kunne blive ved.

Gute Lage, schlicht und einfaches Hotel.
Pros:

Schlicht, sauber und einfach gehalten.

Cons:

Die Leuchten waren, bis auf die Deckenleuchte, alle defekt. Kabel gerissen oder Gewinde abgebrochen.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super, 10 Minuten mit dem Bus zur S Bahn Veddel.
Die Zimmer und Bäder waren geräumig.

Cons:

In unserem Apartment roch es als hätte jemand versucht Plastik zu frittieren. Eine Sitzecke in der Küche wäre noch schön, da es sonst keine Möglichkeit gab sich zum gemeinsamen Essen hinzusetzen
