I braced myself a bit because of some reviews, but my experience was better than expected.
Pros:

The room was clean.
Public transport is easily reachable, and the hotel is close to the city centre.
There are shops close by.
Although it was a tad bit cumbersome, I liked the no personnel check-in system.
It was a bit confusing as to whether one has to check out using the terminal as well, or if it is enough to just put the room card in the container.

Cons:

Sometimes, the taps in the bathroom released a little water when the facilities were used by the people in the other rooms of the building.
The floors were somewhat creaky in the halls and corridors.

Auf große Entfernung keine Parkplatzmöglichkeit.
Zu umfangreiche Dateneingabe am Terminal, bevor es die "Eintritts"-Karte gab - also nicht nur Name und Email.
