Tolles Zimmer für einen Kurzaufenthalt.
Pros:

Der Self-Check In hat einfach geklappt und das Zimmer war super!
Mich hat total gefreut, dass es so sauber war - das hab ich selbst in 5-Sterne-Hotels schon anders erlebt. Es war gut gelüftet, die Heizung war an und Handttücher über der warmen Heizung. Selbst eine Flasche Wasser war vorhanden. Da hab ich mich sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Solides Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte
Pros:

Das Zimmer war ausreichend ausgestattet und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut in Ordnung. Die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt und waren stets sauber, ebenso wurde das Bett jeden Tag gemacht. Auch Toilettenpapier wurde regelmäßig aufgefüllt. Insgesamt eignet sich das Hotel gut, wenn man es hauptsächlich zum Schlafen nutzt – das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist dafür passend.

Cons:

Die hoteleigenen Parkplätze waren dauerhaft belegt, da im Hotel auch Monteurzimmer untergebracht sind, die von Firmen genutzt werden. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung zu finden, gestaltete sich schwierig – man musste teilweise mehrere Runden fahren oder einen längeren Fußweg einplanen.
Die Lage empfand ich persönlich, gerade als alleinreisende Frau, nicht besonders angenehm. Abends hätte ich mich ungern alleine draußen aufgehalten. Positiv ist jedoch, dass es in der Umgebung viele Kioske sowie einige Imbisse und Restaurants gibt.
Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Besonders abends war viel Lärm aus den oberen Zimmern zu hören – es klang häufig so, als würden Möbel verrückt werden.
Die Zimmer wurden zwar modernisiert, wirken aber bereits etwas abgenutzt. Sie sind zudem sehr klein, jedoch für kurze Aufenthalte ausreichend. Die Matratze war recht dünn, sodass man die Federn spüren konnte, und die Kissen waren sehr flach.
Die Rezeption war nicht durchgehend besetzt, sodass man bei Fragen telefonisch Kontakt aufnehmen musste. Das Personal war jedoch gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding, inchecken moeizaam
Pros:

Groot, comfortabele bedden,voldoende handdoeken, rustige buurt

Cons:

Geen handzeep,verstopte wastafel,geen afwas mideldel,zout ,peper, suiker, ,de basics, waarom anders een keuken? Inchecken was moeizaam,en we kregen de verkeerde wifi code.

Die Betten waren sehr bequem und sauber. Das Appartement bot 7 Betten.
Es war ok. Zweckmäßig- mehr nicht.

Cons:

Es gab keine Sitzgelegenheit in der Küche und die Küche war nicht ausreichend sauber. Es stand noch das Geschirr vom Vormieter dort und die Möglichkeiten zum Abwaschen waren nicht ausreichend gegeben. (Kein Lappen, kein Spüli)

Cons:

Mein Zimmer hat extrem nach Abfluss und Toilette gerochen. Es war wirklich so stark, dass man denken könnte es sei gesundheitsschädlich.

I braced myself a bit because of some reviews, but my experience was better than expected.
Pros:

The room was clean.
Public transport is easily reachable, and the hotel is close to the city centre.
There are shops close by.
Although it was a tad bit cumbersome, I liked the no personnel check-in system.
It was a bit confusing as to whether one has to check out using the terminal as well, or if it is enough to just put the room card in the container.

Cons:

Sometimes, the taps in the bathroom released a little water when the facilities were used by the people in the other rooms of the building.
The floors were somewhat creaky in the halls and corridors.
