From the moment we arrived, Zenande welcomed us with such warmth and genuine care that we immediately felt at home. Her thoughtful follow-up to check that we had settled in comfortably set the tone for what became a truly memorable stay.
Breakfast soon became one of our favourite parts of each day. Vivian and Thando brought not only efficiency but a genuine warmth that turned every morning into a relaxed and enjoyable experience. A heartfelt thank you goes to Chef Priscilla and Rueben, who completely won over our little one at their stations. Their friendly “little chats” while she collected her salad and waffle were moments she looked forward to each morning and will fondly remember.
Throughout our stay, Benny and Mashego were wonderfully attentive, whether at the breakfast table or on the pool deck. Their constant check-ins, speedy service, and natural attentiveness made us feel truly cared for without ever feeling intrusive.
Our departure was just as pleasant as our arrival. Amanda’s kindness and professionalism, together with Mthembu’s assistance, ensured that even checking out — and handling luggage — felt effortless and thoughtful. Before leaving, we stopped for milkshakes at the bar, where Lefa’s enthusiasm and growing skills shone through, and the results were thoroughly enjoyed by all of us.
As a small suggestion, a dedicated pancake station for children, particularly over weekends, could be a lovely addition to the breakfast experience. It would offer a fun moment for younger guests while allowing parents to relax and enjoy their meals a little longer.
Overall, we didn’t just feel like guests — we felt genuinely welcomed, cared for, and valued. The entire team created an experience that felt personal, warm, and special, and we left with full hearts, big smiles, and a strong desire to return very soon.

Honestly, I cannot complain. My experience was perfect. The only recommendation is that the Hotel should serve more oats for breakfast. Otherwise everything was exquisite. The room was clean, the staff was welcoming and kind. Moreover, the food was delicious and my view…my goodness! 😍

My stay at The Capital on the Park was pleasant overall, but there were a few disappointments. The room I stayed in was actually a two-bedroom interleading unit converted into a standard room, which made it feel smaller and not up to the usual Capital standard I’ve experienced before.
On the brighter side, the breakfast was excellent great variety, some interesting touches like a slush machine, and the croissants were the best ever.
The pool area is definitely one of the highlights. It features a lovely infinity pool, jacuzzi, and comfortable pool beds a perfect spot to unwind and escape the city rush.
The location is also very convenient, close to Sandton City and directly across from a 24-hour garage, making it easy to access anything you might need.
Overall, a good stay with a few room-related improvements that could make it exceptional.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. I was very impressed with the services offered, the location, the security, the cleanliness… Everything was tailored to what every customer deserves and expects to receive.
This hotel provided me with great services, the rooms are big and clean and well equipped, the personnel is professional and very kind and the restaurant serves absolutely everything great in this world. I highly recommended, I wish I knew it before my honeymoon 😂.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Vinny, the manager, was outstanding, friendly, professional, and truly went the extra mile. The entire staff treated me with such warmth and care. I was upgraded to a stunning apartment, which made my stay even more memorable. The food was world-class, absolutely delicious! I can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be back.
The gentleman in a reception was so patient with my family when we arrived in the hotel the rooms was not ready he try his best to accommodate us I forgot his name but his was the best.
The cleaners were very helpful thank you.Only the bar staff was dodge where they realised my children didn't speak any of South African dialogue which is a disgrace in a human form
great cocktails and room service is really good and thorough in their cleaning. The only downside is the mashed potatoes honestly messed up every meal for my whole stay as their steaks and lamb shank was good
It's a nice place to unwind and have business appointments . The rooms are cozy, clean overall environment, nice staff at reception

also normalise serving HOT Tea
Cheerful team, clean environment, fairly very good food. Probably another comeback shortly. Hopefully, the network issue was only with me at the time of the visit.
