Nao tinha nenhuma mesa disponível para o café da manhã! O hotel faz muitos eventos e muitos não hóspedes usam as instalações. Descemos para tomar café antes do checkout e não conseguimos sentar porque não tinha lugar. Muito desorganizado. Inadmissível para um hotel que se diz 4/5 estrelas .

Pros:

Most of the staff were really amazing and very helpful. The views from my room are stunning. The whole apartment was great. The food service is prompt and the food was delicious. Daily housekeeping did a great job.

Cons:

Sometimes reception would not pick up when I called. This happened twice. I had TV and WiFi issues and this was frustrating in how it was handled at first. It took hours for the right person to address this.
