場所がいい
Pros:

お土産店が、目の前にあったり、河南スパもそこまでは遠くはないし、従業員の対応も丁寧な感じで良かったし、ロビーも馬車道をイメージした感じで、内装もオシャレな感じで居心地は良かったです。

Cons:

贅沢な事を述べて恐縮ですが、お風呂とお手洗いを別にして欲しい事と、元々、古い建物を改装しただけからか、壁が薄いんですね、ベッドでひじで壁に当たると、凄く室内に音が響くので、こちらの２件を検討してください

迷ったらここに泊まれば大丈夫
Pros:

立地が良い。盛岡城跡と大通りに近い為、これらの場所で楽しんだ後はすぐホテルに戻れて良い。
部屋はシンプルなビジネスホテルと言った感じで清潔。WiFi速度が速いのでネットする人は間違いなく満足出来る。
朝食はビュッフェ形式でどれも美味しかった。

Cons:

エレベーターとスタッフルームに近い部屋だった為か少し音が響いてきた。ただ大きな問題はないと思う。
