Pros:

Ik heb hier uiteindelijk niet verbleven door een ongelukje vlak voordat ik weg zou gaan. Officieel mocht ik niet annuleren, maar het personeel was uiterst klantvriendelijk en meedenkend. Ik kreeg het hele bedrag terug gestort terwijl ze dat niet hadden hoeven doen. Zeer veel lof voor dit hotel, ik hoop dit jaar opnieuw te kunnen boeken!

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundrum zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgeführt und würden jederzeit dort wieder übernachten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man hat einen tollen Ausblick in den Park. Wir waren im Nebengebäude weiter nördlich im Park untergebracht nicht im Haupthaus, daher können wir zum Haupthaus keine Aussagen treffen. Hier waren wir nur zum Frühstück, das uns auch sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Das Persomal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Mooi gerenoveerd gebouw.

Cons:

Kamer veel te duur voor kleine zolderkamer.
3,5 uur aan tafel voor diner vond ik 1,5 uur te lang.
Kwaliteit is hoog, maar 688 euro voor 1 nacht en een diner voor 2 vind ik een slechte prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding.
Ontbijt hing er een beetje bij.Karig, men was vergeten het mdnukaartje op tafel te zetten.

Great stay
Pros:

The hotel is great: the rooms are super comfortable and you have everything you need. The bistro restaurant is also great,the food was amazing!
But the best part of this hotel is the garden and the surroundings. We did a beautiful walk in the woods, with very well-marked paths. It was truly special. The views are just WOW

Gorgeous hotel with amazing on-site restaurants. Loved the surroundings and beautiful park

Cons:

Over messages staff mentioned they have child seats for bikes, but when we came they said they don’t have them. So we couldn’t cycle around. A bit disappointing as we couldn’t properly explore the area as it was planned.

Prima verblijf in een natuurrijke omgeving.

Prachtige locatie, vriendelijk en bekwaam personeel en heerlijk eten.

Cons:

We hadden een upgrade gekregen wat heel leuk was. Helaas had deze kamer al een tijdje geen stofzuiger gezien. En tijdens ons verblijf is dat niet veranderd.

Reservering voor diner die ik deed via antwoord op een mail van Booking was niet doorgezet door Booking aan het hotel, waardoor we niet in het hotel konden dineren. Dat was een grote teleurstelling, want daarom had ik dit (dure) hotel met suite geboekt.

Slapen op niveau, maar…

Het ontbijt was goed en heerlijk, het weken met een menukaart wwrkte echter verwarrend ten aanzien van de vraag wat hoort er bij het menu en de prijs en moet ik eventueel meer betalen voor wat er benoemd is. Daarnaast zijn de kamers echt goed te noemen, hoewel enkele van de zolderkamers echt aan de kleine kant zijn voor de ambitie die hiervoor neerlegt/de prijs die we betaald

Cons:

Wat tegenvalt is dat het hotel duidelijk hinkt op een aantal gedachten daarmee geen goede keuzes doet die ten goede komen aan de verblijfskwaliteit. Je ziet in de opzet duidelijk het spanningsveld tussen een vergaderlocatie en een hotel locatie. Zo zijn veel ruimte in gebruik als vergaderruimte, maar is er geen luxe lounge waar je rustig een boek of iets sterker kan lezen of langere tijd kan verblijven. Er is wel een lounge, maar dat is gericht op korte verblijf en met name horeca. Ook ontbreekt het aan goede verlichting en een haard die je in een dergelijke entourage zou verwachten.
