Pros:

The hotel is beautuful with an incredible view, a beautiful beach.

Cons:

The access with a stroller was very difficult (inside the hotel) a lot of stairs

Pros:

Un bellissimo resort dove potersi rilassare. Ottima la qualità e la quantità del cibo. Ottimi anche i servizi per arrivare in spiaggia.

Cons:

La camera nel complesso era pulita ma mi sarei aspettata di più nella pulizia del bagno, in particolare dei pezzi sanitari.
La posizione del Kids club risulta scomoda per chi ha passeggini.

Pros:

A praia do alojamento é espetacular (tem acesso através de um elevador e tem uma área privada para os hóspedes do hotel). Todas as áreas do hotel estão cuidadosamente pensadas e desenhadas , vista muito bonita). Fomos em regime de meia-pensão , o buffet era variado e todos os dias com alguns pratos dedicados a diferentes cozinhas.

Cons:

A limpeza dos quartos não era a melhor , além de cabelos , o nosso quarto , talvez por ser no R/C tinha diariamente várias formigas. As toalhas de acesso à praia / piscina para serem lavadas tinham um custo acrescido de 5€. Não nos era disponibilizada água diariamente, apenas 1 garrafa no momento de chegada.

Ottimo soggiorno
Pros:

Bellissimo resort, con spazi ben curati e immerso nel verde. Camere ampie e confortevoli. Ottimo servizio di pulizia. Piscina grande con ampi spazi per prendere il sole. Ci sono anche diversi locali, tra bar e ristoranti, da cui si può ammirare un bel panorama. Per raggiungere la spiaggia bisogna fare una bella passeggiata e poi prendere l’ascensore, comunque è fattibile e ne vale la pena. Il mare ha un’acqua limpida e la spiaggia è ben attrezzata. Il buffet ha un’ampia scelta, molto buona la colazione.

Cons:

La fila al check in e alla reception in generale . Il check in online prima dell’arrivo, non è servito a nulla. Non è facile contattare la struttura telefonicamente. La pasta al buffet è da migliorare.

Our whole family truly loved the stay and want to return, maybe at a cooler time of the year

The location was amazing; the views were breathing taking. We loved the location of our rooms very near to pool and breakfast area and hotel lobby. The private beach was wonderful, but a little difficult to get to for older people. The breakfast buffer was superior with many choices and very delicious. Our whole family loved this resort and said the 3 days there was not long enough, but we were visiting many cities in Sicily. We would love to come back and just stay at the resort for a week or so in the future.hu

Cons:

The air conditioning did not cool the room as we would have liked - making sleeping a little difficult, had no control over the temperature. My husband and I who were older had difficulty getting luggage up and down the stairs to our 2nd floor room. We should have had someone help us, but the bell person brought us to the courtyard point up the stairs to where our room was and left, leaving us to carry the luggage up the winding narrow stairs. The luggage should be taken in the lobby and brought to the rooms and also picked up from the rooms and brought to the lobby upon departure.

Prezzi esagerati in un Resort da rivedere

Il tramonto, una vista stupenda naturale che è possibile apprezzare.

Cons:

I commenti negativi dati in questi mesi dai precedenti clienti qui su Booking, ci avevano lasciato la speranza che qualcosa fosse cambiato ed invece, in un unico commento, ci ritroviamo ad elencare i difetti che finora sono stati già segnalati ma mai risolti.
Camera: molto piccola; arredamento da rimodernare; presenza di formiche; pulizia asciugami da rivedere; assenza di un kit di benvenuto in bagno ed in camera (ciabattine, accappatoio, ecc); assenza di bottiglie d’acqua fresca ogni giorno (ne abbiamo trovata una sola al nostro arrivo); aria condizionata centralizzata (non era possibile modificare le varie modalità, da deumidificatore a freddo per esempio).
Servizi: lo staff puliva la piscina alle h 09:00, orario di ingresso in teoria in piscina, il più delle volte gettando acqua con l idrante sulle poltrone all ombra, rendendo quindi quest ultime inutilizzabili perché umidissime. I ristoranti presenti con cibo di media qualità, a prezzi esagerati.
Il bar presente in struttura (Lima) non ha assortimento di piatti pronti, si limita solo a prezzi esorbitanti ad offrire cocktail di media qualità e qualche stuzzichino.
Cucina: il cibo al buffet “turistico”, ci sono state sere in cui non c’era granché da mangiare, ma soprattutto ci aspettavamo una certa qualità del cibo. Soprattutto portatevi un ventaglio: la sera principalmente c’è così tanta gente che l’aria condizionata non funziona bene e lo staff tiene le finestre aperte.
Insomma…per essere un Resort 4 stelle c’è troppa approssimazione ed improvvisazione , ci aspettavamo di meglio visto la cifra pagata.
