Todo, las zapatillas de piscina que supuestamente son nuevas nos la dieron con manchas de sangre, la ducha se atascaba y se encharcaba el baño, no salía agua fría de la ducha solo súper súper caliente, el check out era a las 12:00 Am y supuestamente teníamos el check out tardío incluido pero a las 12:01 estaban literalmente tocándonos la puerta, es un hotel 5 estrellas pero parece que estás en un hostal de 2 estrellas
Personal muy agradable.
Limpieza impecable.
Que te guarden las maletas sin problema.
La iluminacion de la.habitación es bastante oscura
I like that the staffs tried their best to appease me
I booked a Premier unit specifically advertised with a view, but upon arrival, I did not get the view that was advertised. When I raised this with the hotel, I was told that the unit with the view was occupied and that there was actually no view from my assigned unit. This is quite disappointing, as it raises the question of why the unit was advertised as having a view in the first place.
I was also disappointed that although I stayed for only 3 nights, I was charged for 4 nights. I was told that because I checked out early, I would still be charged for 4 nights, but this explanation does not make sense to me, particularly since I did not occupy the room for the additional night. I would appreciate a clear explanation of this charge and a refund for the unused night.
This is a classic example of never judging a book by its cover hotel looks amazing but it's far from that location is excellent is about the only thing that i can really give this hotel and out with a parents is good
The hotel rooms dark the walls to the hotel rooms are very thin the room i was in 604 had a drainage problem in the bathtub wasn't very clean the flaming floor and was peeling and it just wasn't very appealing the air condition seem to bring smoke from other rooms eye drug smoke into my room it just wasn't a very pleasant experience the breakfast coffee cups won claim they would dirty and it would be better to cook food from scratch while the way that he have it

Na plus, mimo wszystko:
- lokalizacja (blisko wielu atrakcji i ruchliwej ulicy, a mimo tego w hotelu jest cicho),
- miła obsługa (choć bardzo słabo mówiąca po angielsku),
- widok z tarasu z basenem (sam basen wymaga remontu).

To co nie powinno się zdarzyć w hotelu 5*:
- siłownia jest porażką, to pokój do którego jest osobne wejście z ulicy (trzeba wyjść z hotelu, aby dostac sie do siłowni), sprzęt jest popsuty i jest go mało (siłownia raczej dla 1 osoby), brak płynów do dezynfekcji sprzętu, najgorsza siłownia jaką można sobie wyobrazić,
- klimatyzacja w pokoju nie była wystarczająco sprawna,
- wi-fi bardzo słabe i działające jedynie w wybranych miejscach w hotelu,
- śniadania średniej jakości, monotonne, bez smaku,
- pokoje są słabo urządzone, raczej w standardzie hotelu 2*/3*,
- wprowadzanie gości w błąd poprzez reklamowanie hotelu jak 5* ("pułapka turystyczna).
The lobby is very clean and the staff are very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good.
As a slightly older couple we found it quite difficult climbing in and out of the bath to have a shower.
