Pros:

We stayed there for a night after our safari as we were flying the next day. It’s ok for an overnight stay. Rooms are fine, not the best but good for the price. It’s just not an hotel to stay in for the day. We had to stay longer as our flight was late afternoon the next day. But you can see that they dont usually get people staying more than the night. They didn't have much on the lunch menu available. The lunch we ordered was very basic (pizza) too long to get it and when we got our food, it was cold. Staff hotel is nice tho. Good service.
When you pay the bills for diner or lunch, pay with Tanzanian shillings or by credit card in Tanzanian shilling. Dont pay in USD, the conversion rate they use is not fair. We saved 15$ USD by paying credit card instead of USD cash price he was giving us.

The rooms are clean enough, they could have clean the windows outside as it was very dirty, but for the price we paid we didn’t mind it. We are not very picky on these things.

Romantic Stay with Hurtles
Pros:

The location was romantic with trees and bushes growing up to the balconies. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Two ladies Sarah and Magdalena at the reception were especially helpful, setting up trips to the museum and straightening out wrong double bookings. Sarah already corresponded with me before the trip.

Cons:

The food leaves something to be desired. A dish was always not available, and the service was very slow. There need to be many repairs and renovations in the building like the ladder in the swimming pool which was broken.

A wonderful place to visit Arusha and the national parks in the near area.
Pros:

Great hotel with amazingly friendly staff and delicious food. Spacious, perfectly clean and comfy rooms! Can fully recommend it!

Very bumpy road to get to the hotel.

A Tropical heaven
Pros:

A very peaceful, serene environment compared to staying in town. The room we thought we booked turned out humongous and was actually a one bedroom! Exceeding our expectations. Food was delicious and promptly prepared. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely return again.
