Okay, unhelpful Japanese staff
Pros:

Okay location, walking distance to metro and Dotonbori. Nice foreign staff working there. The Japanese staff very unhelpful, and were unwilling to call our next hotel to check if they accepted luggage forwarding. We made that request 6 PM, and the Japanese man working in the reception said it was too late. Totally unprofessional.

ラブホとしても使用されているホテルにしては、清潔感はあって、まあまあ
Pros:

必要充分な設備と清潔感。

Cons:

靴べらが部屋に置いてなかったので不便だった。
テレビはAirPlayだったが、テレビ側の設定状況が原因で接続はできなかった。
洗面所の鏡の付いた棚がかなり張り出していて、少し頭を前に傾けただけで頭にぶつかる位置にあるので、使いにくかった。
チェックアウトは標準が10時だが、朝がせわしくなるので、11時の方が良い。

洗面所のミラー位置が前過ぎて、洗顔・歯磨きの時に　複数回頭がぶつかった。ミラーがわれっるかと思った。

Great value
Pros:

Although the room was small (as are all Japanese rooms) it was laid out well. Location was in a quieter area but still walkable to the major attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit small, (smaller then the pictures made it seem). Some of the pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Room service is an additional cost.

Pros:

Good location, close to everything.

Cons:

Women were walking down the hallway knocking on doors. One knocked on my room, and even though my husband said it was a mistake, she kept entering our room. The reception bothered us by calling our room twice. It seemed like the hotel had extra services. I don't recommend it and I won't go back.

Pros:

Rebranded hotel that is making sure its customers are happy. Good coffee, large chill out room. Great location.

Cons:

Nothing. Small rooms as per normal for Japan.
