Good facilities, don’t understand travelers needs
Pros:

The property is in a good location from the main shopping road along with restaurants. Short distance from the main Ghat too. The bed was very comfortable, hot water, and overall clean room and facilities. Nice continental breakfast was included with some options. The negative of this hotel was how strict they follow policy. I had a friend arrive on a late bus from Delhi after some travel plans fell through. At 4am the front desk was unwilling to allow my female friend to stay in the room and said she had to leave. I think it’s unsafe and unnecessary to turn away a traveler at 4 am. We had to fight for 2.5 hours to allow her to stay and I tried everything from new booking to offering more money for extra person eventually speaking with corporate to fix things.
