Horrível, fui para descansar, sai estressado. A recepcionista parece filha do dono do hotel. Ou dona

Café da manhã muito bom, como todas as refeições, o atendimento no restaurante impecável.

Cons:

Cheguei na recepção era 12:00 horas fui tratado grosseiramente pela recepcionista, solicitei a troca do almoço do check-out pelo check-in, disse que não seria possível pois a cozinha não havia aprovisionado mais duas refeições. Tentei argumentar sem sucesso, depois me disse se pagasse à parte as duas daria um jeito, não concordei. Como castigo me colocou em um apartamento de frente onde havia um forró horível até as 23.30 horas. Solicitei uma mudança de quarto pois estava lá para descansar, não consegui. O hotel estava vazio. Nunca volto nesse hotel.

Para o objetivo que era conhecer Piratuba e o tempo de hospedagem (02 diárias), atendeu.

Localização e atendimento dos funcionários

Cons:

A internet WIFI, necessita de muita melhoria, não conseguir ter acesso a internet, ficava travando todo o tempo (CELULAR, TABLET, NOTEBOOK)
