Apenas um funcionário da recepção que atendia a noite foi atencioso. A equipe do restaurante era atenciosa.

A equipe da recepção foi confusa e não prestou bons esclarecimentos, o atendimento não pode ser chamado de cordial e atencioso, com uma única exceção, relatada acima. Café da manhã e refeições fracos. As piscinas pequenas. Banheiro com apenas um lugar para pendurar toalha. Longe para pessoas idosas cominharem até os Parques Térmicos.

É legal que aceita pet, mas alimentação poderia ser superior, quarto legal.

Alimentação é nível ok, nada extraordinário, simples. Não possuem opções saudáveis, tudo é Hiper calórico, no café da tarde não tem proteína, apenas comidas pesadas.

Café da manhã e almoço bom. Lanche da tarde e jantar razoável.
Quartos limpos.

Cons:

Sala de brinquedos não é como na foto, deixa muito A desejar.; pouca recreação para adultos e crianças; recepção razoável, pois em outros hotéis geralmente se mostra tudo, e ali a menina só explicou no balcão mesmo e entregou o cartão das portas. O chuveiro do nosso quarto não era bom.
Pra mim, infelizmente, não ficou aquela vontade de retornar outras vezes neste hotel.
