Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat gepasst.
Pros:

Hotel hat eine Top-Lage. Direkt an der S-Bahn gelegen ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Cons:

Parkplatz sehr eng und nur 2 Parkplätze für das ganze Hotel. 1 dieser Parkplätze wird vom Inhaber genutzt.

Cons:

Die Hofbeleuchtung hat das Zimmer nachts mit beleuchtet, dadurch war der Schlaf sehr unruhig.
Hier sollte man dunkle blickdichte Vorhänge anbringen, statt Lamellenvorhänge.

Schnuckeliges, kleines, sauberes Hotel
Pros:

Wir waren sechs Tage in diesem kleinen gemütlichen Hotel. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und bekamen ein maritim eingerichtetes DZ im EG mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und einem Kühlschrank. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und die Betten bequem. Alles sehr sauber. Kaffee, Milch und Zucker wurden täglich aufgefüllt. Unser Auto haben wir nicht einmal benötigt und konnten es auf dem zugehörigen Parkplatz stehen lassen. Wir haben alles mit der Bahn unternommen. Die S-Bahn hält 2 Minuten vom Hotel und fährt alle 10 Minuten in alle Richtungen, egal ob Berlin Mitte, Potsdam usw. Wenn wir Berlin wieder besuchen, werde ich auf jeden Fall hier wieder buchen. TOP

Eine gute Botschaft
Pros:

Gute Zimmergröße. Zum Hinterhof ruhige Lage. Gute Lage zum Ärztehaus Karlshorst. Wegen eines Termins dort auch nur eine Nacht verbracht. Gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis.Fußläufig ein sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant.

Cons:

Es wäre ein großer Spiegel im Zimmer schön. Platz dafür ist vorhanden. Das Wasser in der Duschwanne lief schlecht ab. Nur 2 Hotelparkplätze
