Pros:

El servicio es de otro mundo! La amabilidad del personal y la atención a los detalles se destacan por sobre cualquier otro hotel en que haya estado. El parque y el hotel son increíbles. Hay muchas cosas para hacer, paseos, degustaciones, tours, etc.

Pros:

El desayuno es bueno, bastante estandar con respecto a las grandes cadenas hotelera. Pero me gustaría destacar la cena, todo estaba delicioso ( felicitaciones al chef). Con respecto a los vinos ...., todos muy buenos. Indiscutblemente es una experiencia que repetiremos con mi esposa.

Cons:

Dentro del parque pondría señaleticas para indicar que caminerias tomar para llegar a los distintos lugares, como el museo, cafeteria, piscina ect.

Una estancia para repetir.
Pros:

Me encantó, el lugar precioso, con un parque lindísimo para caminar. Muy cómodo porque queda muy cerca de Santiago y a la vez uno está en el campo, un lugar perfecto para descansar.

Cons:

No podría encontrar algo que no me gustara. Nos encantó y definitivamente regresaría más días porque solo estuvimos una noche. La próxima vez me gustaría quedarme dos noches para aprovechar más del precioso lugar.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at, and I've stayed at quite a few
Pros:

An amazing boutique hotel in the midst of beautiful gardens -- and a winery. Large comfortable rooms, great good, free-flowing wine, and swans! There's even a beautiful chapel attached to the property (a former summer house of the vineyard owner). The museum is also top-notch, if you're into pre-Colombian art and craft. Free bikes if you want to ride amongst the vines. And lots of great birds, if you're into birds!

Cons:

The pool is a little far away from the main property. But the walk was probably good for me.

Really nice gardens, attentive staff, good wine, rooms are a bit dated looking but it adds to the charm.

Cons:

Vegetarian sandwiches for packed breakfast contained meat, staff wasn't that knowledgeable about wine (i.e. said their Chardonnay was unoaked when it was clearly oaked). For the premium wine tasting it was clear that the guide also wasn't that familiar with the wines and primarily recited a script.
