A very comfortable relaxing hotel where one is made to feel very welcome and well looked after
Pros:

The location although not having sea views was very convenient ,the food was excellent in particular offering some smaller plate options very suitable for elderly people like myself . Cleanliness standards were also excellent but over and above all I would rate the friendliness and excellence of the staff particularly Angie who went over and beyond to be kind and helpful especially on one eveningwhen Iwas unwell.It was great for me to have a bedroom with a bath with handles at the sides, a very rare find in any hotel as I hate showers!

Cons:

Maybe smaller dessert option choices as with main meals and an option to book a bed breakfast and dinner package. No lift might be issue but there are ground floor bedrooms on offer

Pros:

The whole experience was first class, considering it was dog friendly and we took our dog nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Food was some of the best we have ever eaten portions were very large.

We very much enjoyed our visit and are looking forward to the next time.
Pros:

Excellent service throughout. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and we had a lovely lunch on arrival and a lovely evening meal as well as two great breakfasts.

Cons:

The room could have been a bit more airy, but we understand that this is difficult in ground floor rooms.
