Everything. The hotel, the food, the hospitality and the fact they made you feel so welcome and comfortable like it was home.

the shower was abit up and down, either too hot or too cold , room 11 but has just been refurbished, lovely room and bathroom though

Room a little small & cramped, but we were only passing through, so for one night it was acceptable.
All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming it made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent and the private parking was a real bonus. We were in Bridlington for a show at the Spa theatre which was just a 20 minute walk from the hotel. We particularly liked being able to enjoy a drink in the well stocked bar when we returned from the show.
Nothing we would definitely stay here again!
