Pros:

Loved everything about this Hotel. Amazing for kids, the staff are incredible, the rooms are immaculate and beautiful 😍
The pools were fab. Salads at poolside restaurant were unreal. Location was amazing. Walking distance to beach and loads of restaurants

Everything....we arrived with our family, three minor children, a room was booked for 4 people, we wanted to pay extra for a 4 year old child, but no options were offered. We visited more than 1000 hotels, but we have never seen such crappy service anywhere. Thanks to the staff and especially the manager....

Pros:

Jeden z lepszych hoteli w jakim byliśmy. Bardzo dobre śniadanie z świetną kawą. Darmowy parking, świetna obsługa, świetne atrakcje dla dzieci.

Kolacje bardzo dobre, napoje do kolacji są płatne ale to w HB jest standard.

Już planujemy kolejny wypad do tego hotelu.

Pros:

Las instalaciones son sobresalientes, todo está impoluto y hay mucha variedad de actividades que hacer. Habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. El buffet fue lo que más superó nuestras expectativas. El miniclub y el buen hacer del equipo de animación. La amabilidad del personal de servicio en general. El que haya una zona de juegos en el propio buffet.

Cons:

Los horarios son un poco rígidos. Se comprende para las actividades ya que los monitores no tienen el don de la ubicuidad, aunque también es cierto que no facilitan el que se concilie con visitas a la isla, obliga a estar todo el día en el hotel para poder disfrutarlo. Se hace muy complicado sobre todo ajustar el horario de la cena (media pensión), ya que acaba a las 21:00. La inflexibilidad de algunas personas de recepción que carecen de empatía cuando se presenta algunas incidencias.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

We arrived very late (due to those horrendous queues at the airport) and without asking we were immediately offered a meal. The dining room was closed but a table for two had already been set up with a nice meal and our own attentive waiter. I've never experienced that level of service anywhere else in the world, you usually get a shrug, sorry you're too late. Any time I had to go to Reception the staff were smiling and professional. The suites are great. the food is very good, there is always a wide variety so you will always find something. The Asian night was exceptionally tasty. After breakfast you really won't want anything else before dinner as again, there is greet selection, but being on holiday we indulged elsewhere for lunch. It's a wonderful hotel for young families. Ignore the comments about food in other reviews, they're exaggerated.

Nice hotel with good facilities - more like a solid 4 star than 5 star experience
Pros:

- good facilities, lots of pools and activities for kids
- great location, near to the beach and restaurants

Cons:

- Room wasn’t cleaned as often as would like. On some occasions towels weren’t replaced even when left in shower
- Teen room was very underwhelming, charging to play pool and table football when this is an expensive hotel felt incongruent with 5 star hotel
- We have a child with a severe bit allergy and the resturant experience was too lax. We asked for simple dishes (a simple fruit platter) that never turned up and in the end we took the risk with many dishes. We’ve had a much better experience in 3 star hotels

Pokój był nie sprzątany przez 3 dni oraz nie były zmieniane przez ten czas ręczniki ani papier. Mieliśmy apartament dla 4 osób a nawet nie dostaliśmy 4 pościeli. Porażka. Nie polecam tego hotelu za te pieniądze. !!! Obsługa próbowała nam wmówić że wywiesiliśmy tabliczki aby nie sprzątali a to bo było kłamstwo. Przykre to było bo hotel kosztował naprawdę dużo pieniędzy. 5 gwiazdek tylko na papierze w rzeczywistości to były 2 gwiazdki.
