Pros:

Everything was outstanding, from the staff who welcomed us after our flight was cancelled and our airline left all passengers stranded without accommodation, to the restaurant and bar staff, porters and cleaners.
The food deserves a special mention. We didn't have time to experience most of the facilities as we arrived late and left in the morning again but what we saw was faultless.

Cons:

Upon check-in I was initially given a significantly inferior room. I had booked a Senior Suite with sea view, but instead I was assigned a room overlooking the roof. On the roof there was a large screen installed and hundreds of chairs set up for a conference.
After a long argument, during which I mentioned that I would file complaints and leave a negative review, it suddenly turned out that the room I had originally booked was in fact available.
In addition, I was only able to check in at 15:30 instead of the promised 14:00, which is the hotel’s official check-in time.

Hotel aspiruje do bycia luksusowym miejscem do odpoczynku.
Pros:

Kilka basenów w różnych częściach hotelu, osobny dla dzieci.
Darmowy, podziemny parking.

Cons:

Płacenie za napoje podczas kolacji, nawet zwykła woda płatna. Za taką cenę pobytu to powinna być darmowa.
Kolacja bardziej skierowana na małe, wykwintne dania.
Miałem wrażenie, że brakowało typowych dań na ciepło, a tym bardziej kuchni lokalnej.
Można się trochę pogubić, gdzie co jest i trochę zajmuje aby ogarnąć rozmieszczenie.

Locatie ligt top.

Cons:

O.a. het ontbijt was enorm gehorig waardoor je overprikkelt je dag starte. Er is een adults only plek maar wordt niet uitgelegd en ook dat is onrustig. Mijn verwachting van dit hotel lag wat te hoog voor wat ik ervaren heb, maar dat kan voor een ieder anders zijn.

Beautiful hotel, would definitely stay again
Pros:

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, easily 5 star. Clean, modern, excellent facilities, beautifully well appointed rooms with quality fittings and the breakfast is amazing. We stayed over half term and even though the hotel was nearly full, the rooms were very quiet at night. The staff were very professional and efficient.

Cons:

Couldn’t get the TV’s to work but that was not a problem for us.
