Cons:

Doucheputje was volledig verstopt, dusdanig dat, als je de douche schoonmaakt, je dit direct merkt. Trek zelf je conclusies maar. Personeel niet service gericht en totaal ongeinteresseerd. Koffie bij ontbijt nooit gekregen, ook niet na nogmaals vragen. Geen aanrader dus.

A "traditional" Lake District town hotel with excellent location but some minor issues to consider
Pros:

Excellent location just outside the town centre. The market place is a five minute walk away all the shops, restaurants, bars etc are on the doorstep.
Fantastic breakfast with a choice of juice, yoghurts and serials followed by a very good choice of cooked breakfast.
The staff I spoke to were all very helpful, polite and friendly.

Cons:

In honesty a bit of a general spruce up wouldn't go amiss, particularly in the bathroom of the room we stayed in.
There was also a little traffic noise as the window overlooked the main road but nothing too bad.
I would suggest the car parking arrangements are mentioned on the website. There is a small car at the hotel with space for 5 vehicles but it is a real challenge. If the car park is full then the only real alternative is to park in one of the long term car parks, some of which are a fair distance from the hotel.

Schöne, zentral gelegene Unterkunft in Keswick
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt schön zentral in Keswick.
Da wir nur zur Durchreise da waren, konnten wir Keswick nicht näher erkunden.
Das Hotel ist ein sehr schönes historisches Gebäude. Unser Zimmer war einfach und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es fehlte aber an nichts.
Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent.
Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt im Keswick Park Hotel.

Lovely Host, Great Breakfast.
Pros:

The location was very close to the centre of Keswick. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very attentive. Bed was very comfy.

Cons:

The hotel is surrounded by busy roads and a pelican crossing. As a light sleeper I had to purchase ear plugs to ensure a good night sleep which fortunately worked.
