Great location near the town centre. Great breakfast choice. Spacious rooms with great views.
Parking is very limited and tight. Bed is not very comfortable.

We arrived at 1pm to sort where to park has the car park was full with just 4 cars parked. We were told we couldn't get to our room until 3pm because the rooms were being cleaned. So we arrived back at 3pm and was given keys for room 19. When we got in the room the bed was unmade and rubbish from the previous guest was still in the room. We given the option of leaving for a couple of hours while the guy on reception cleaned the room or a refund because they were fully booked up. So we took the refund and left. We definitely won't be returning to this Hotel.
Clean room, nice facilities, always good to have a kettle and a selection of teas available in room.

The shower was a bit weak. It's my only minor complaint really.
If it's busy, parking might be a pain at the B&B itself as there's only a few spaces. The car park is VERY tight so it will be a squeeze if you have a big car and probably a no-go if you have a van so you'd have to park locally instead. Not too much of a problem though as there's a big car park a short walk by you can use anyway. Staff will probably direct you, they're a nice bunch.

The staff were very nice, especially the lady at breakfast, the hotel was at a good location, the breakfast was plentyfull .
The bedroom had mismatched furniture , the stool at the dressing table was badly marked, there was no full length mirror , the view out of the window was horrendous, the bed was uncomfortable, but the worst thing was the shower first morning it went cold then stopped running half way through , i reported it , but the second morning the same thing happend.

Breakfast was amazing as we're the staff. Hotel is a little tired, but the location is superb and the bed incredibly comfortable. .
Only slight downside was the room was very warm and with the windows open it was a bit noisy
