Great stay
Pros:

We had a lovely stay thank you, always great to find a good hotel which is clean with friendly staff and with a good quality breakfast at a good price. Jean was amazing so helpful and very very efficient with her many hats on (superwomen/ multi tasking). We will be back. Rgds Karen, Steve, Christine & Phil

Excellent location
Pros:

Central location, large room with a good view

Cons:

Shower was dated, poor pressure and water was lukewarm at best. Bed was a little soft for our liking. Breakfast food was only warm not hot. Very limited parking and very tight spaces.

Pros:

It was clean and average. Good central position. Friendly efficient staff.

Cons:

Small room which was cold at 1st as radiator was off. Got an electric one which soon warmed room. No space to put toiletries. Shower room radiator didn't heat. Breakfast was good 1st day but over cooked 2nd. Fried eggs rock hard! Parking very limited. Had to park elsewhere 1st night.

Cons:

Although there us, a car park, it's small and difficult to get into a space. However, we found on street parking not far away.

Pros:

The staff were lovely, especially Jean running a very delightful breakfast service.
Clean rooms, comfy beds and great location for the town.
Yes we'll be back.

Cons:

When we arrived, quite late, Parking was nort available and found the streets jammed with parked cars.
The reception were helpful and what could of been a negative was quickly forgotten by everything else being above and beyond.

Fabulous hotel
Pros:

We had a fabulous stay at the Keswick Park hotel, the room was very clean although a little dated. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was provided. The breakfast was excellent as was the food from the onsite restaurant. Bug shout out to Felix who was the barman on a couple of nights when we went for drinks. He was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the area. All the staff were amazing and so helpful, especially Jean ( the Scottish lady) who checked us in and served our breakfast on a couple of occasions. The management should be really proud of the whole team and we will visit this hotel again.

Cons:

Nothing really but we feel the hotel could benefit from an update as fixtures and fittings were very out dated.

Rather dissappointing stay
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar was well stocked although only drank there on first night. Got lucky with the parking )only space for 5 cars)

Cons:

While the room was large and airy it was very tired looking and furniture dusty. The bed wasn't that comfortable and the lack of double glazing didn't help with the road noise.
