Classic hotel in central location of the main square. Lobby bar was great. Gym was adequate.
Main restaurant closed early in the evening.
Понравилось все кроме некоторых нюансов о которых сообщу ниже, но скажу одно, что такие отели выбирают люди для комфорта, а его было недостаточно
Был нюанс с феном, он не работал, думали что это напряжение в розетках, но не работал именно фен, мы после Спа спешили, собирались, пришлось решать вопрос с заменой фена и проверкой напряжения, но заменили, все хорошо, спасибо. Второе это сильный шум под окнами, мы проживали в номере 415 и окна выходили не на центральный вход отеля, а на задний, заведения уже не работали так как был комендантский час, и до 2 часов ночи люди смеялись и орали возле заднего входа в отель, очень странно что охрана не разобралась с этим, если отелю не все равно на комфорт своих клиентов из-за которого люди и выбирают ваш отель.
Нам дуже сподобався персонал — усі привітні, уважні та професійні. Приємно, що видають шапочки, тапочки, змінюють рушники. Також сподобалося, що замовлену їжу можуть принести прямо в номер. Сам готель дуже красивий, особливо загальні зони та коридори — усе охайне й приємне.
Цього разу, на жаль, не пощастило з номером. Нам безкоштовно підвищили категорію до напівлюкса, але в номері були подряпані стіни, плями та розводи на ковроліні, а стеля у ванній кімнаті виглядала чорною. Також не працювала тепла підлога — двічі приходив майстер, але проблему не вирішили. Нам пропонували переселення, але через завантаженість вільних номерів не було.
Окремо засмутило SPA, адже це одна з головних причин, чому ми обираємо цей готель. Цього разу не працювала частина SPA-зони: сауна з високою вологістю, частина джакузі та деякі інші функції. У результаті повноцінно відпочити не вдалося.

Le personnel très professionnel et accueillant
Breakfast was excellent and on the day we were leaving, my girlfriend took an early bus and the hotel packed her a box lunch since she had to miss breakfast. My bus was at 8pm and they gave me a key so I could continue using the facilities after I had checked out of my room. It will be so much better when civilian air traffic returns to Ukraine.
Literally the only thing I can complain about is the size of the bathroom and the lack of sheet on the bed. Europeans like to put the blanket in a a large like pillowcase and that is too hot for me to sleep under. Our room faced the courtyard and there were street performers that would play past 11pm. If I would have known, I wouldn't have gotten the partial city view, but that is a Lviv issue, not a hotel issue.

Номер виходив на центр міста і було дуже гучно від проїжджаючих машин та молодих людей які грали до 23.20 на центральній площі . Не виспались взагалі
