Все добре, чисто, смачно - на рівні.

Cons:

Біда з басейном - привезла дитина висип алергічний по всьому тілу і саме після басейну, які хлоркою так обробляють, що очі сльозяться, а ще й чимось дико хімічним, бо лікар сказав, що це алергічний висип саме після басейну. І це у дитини, яка ніколи не мала ніяких алергій! Весь відпочинок було зіпсовано.

Вдячні співробітницям на рецепції вдень 17-го квітня, які люб'язно допомогли гостям отримати поштове відправлення на НП (іноземний гість не міг відвідати відділення сам через робочу зайнятість і без допомоги залишився б без важливих для нього речей). Всі були вражені швидкістю нової пошти та гостинністю персоналу готелю

Добре, але є недоліки
Pros:

Розташування чудове, в самому серці міста. Чудове спа і смачні сніданки

Cons:

1. Гучна робота система вентиляції, заражає міцному сну
2. Постійне тікання (кожні 3-5 секунд протягом усієї ночі) датчиків світла, що заважає міцному сну
3. Чекав на фреш в зоні спа 30 хвилин, так і не дочекався, але включили в рахунок
4. Великі сліди від плям на килимі в номері. Потрібно оновити килим
5. Жодного(!) гачка у ванній кімнаті, нема куди повісити халат, купальники та рушники після спа
