Pros:

The property was very convenient to where we needed to be. We have stayed at this property in the past and so in comparison, it seems the maintenance and service has deteriorated. The reservation was specific as to how many people would be in the room and yet this was not paid attention to. One towel, one bottle of water and a room that looked made up in a hurry. Front Desk agents did not seem to know where how or who and at check out held us back while they tried to figure out whether or not the room was prepaid or not.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The free WiFi was a bit less... it was down most of the time.

Negative star is what the jumuiya is worth
Pros:

Kindly avoid this hotel if u can,has one of the terrible service and rooms are so filthy and not worth the price they are charging and to add on the location is surrounded by noisy bext door neighbors and u cant even sleep during the day.

Thank me later,avoid this jumuiya kisumu
