Bitte lesen Sie dies und zwar ausführlich und überlegen Sie bitte, ob Sie mir helfen können:
Als ich ankam, stellte ich fest, dass Sie meine Bestellung nicht richtig eingeschätzt haben.
Wie 2025 wollte ich für meine Frau und mich ein Zimmer buchen.
Später stellte sich heraus, dass mein älterer Sohn mitfahren würde in die Marken, dort 2 Nächte in unserem Lokal übernachten wollte, dann mit dem Zug zurückfahren.
Ich habe dafür Buchungsbestätigungen von Ihnen bekommen. Die so aussahen, dass ich angeblich zwei Zimmer für 2 Persoen zweimal gebucht habe, also wir zu viert im Aquila angkommen wären. Als ich dort die Situation erklärte, zeigte man mir meine zwei Buchungen bei Ihnen und sagte, die müsse ich beide bezahlen, da es so mit Booking. com vereinbart sei.
Ich solle mich dorthin wenden, denn durch die Blockierung meines Zimmers doppelt habe man das entsprechende zweite Zimmer nicht anderweitig vermieten können. Ich solle mich an Booking.com wenden.
Also zahlte ich.
Da das Hotel in Ihren Reservierungsunterlagen zweimal die gleiche Adresse gelesen hatten, war man erstaunt gewesem. Um mir etwas entgegenzukommen, gab man uns das Frühstück, das wir nicht im Voraus gebucht hatten, für meine Frau, mich und unseren Sohn kostenlos.

Wäre es nicht Aufgabe von Booking.com gewesen, dass man das Ungewöhnliche - wie das Hotel es tat - bemerkt hätte. Dann hätte man - kundenfreutlich -bei uns nachfragen können, ob man richtig verstanden habe. Dann hätte ich schriftlich erläutern können, dass ich für den Sohn ein Einzelzimmer zu dessen Preisen wollte, nicht ein Doppelzimmer.

Bitte antworten Sie mir wenigstens auf diese meine Bitte um wenigstens teilweise Rückerstattung. So einen Fehler erlebte ich bisher bei Booking.com nicht.
Wenn Sie nicht einmal reagieren auf diese Hinweise, werde ich künftig bei anderen Buchungsunternehmen Kunde sein.

A good overnight stay, nothing more and nothing less.
Pros:

We liked the cleanliness of the room, as well as of the hotel itself. Parking in front of the hotel was a great bonus. The breakfast really surprised me, since we have been travelling all through Italy and this one was actually quality and served fresh, made to order scrambled eggs. The staff were also nice, all of them actually.

Cons:

It’s not a major dislike, but on the windows there are no mosquito nets, so you have to have the AC on. We were all getting down with sore throat and the AC didn’t sound great, so it was a hot room. Also the hotel is by a busy road. What bothered me most was the non existent soundproofing of the rooms. I could actually hear a man snoring through a wall from the room next door, lots of chair moving going on, lots of loud conversations on the corridor, you hear the TV from your neighbors… I mean soundproofing goes a long way.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, zu Fuß und Zentrum dauerte ca 10 Min. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Leider war ich nur eine Nacht, aber ich bekam ein kostenloses Upgrade, weil sie Kapazität hatten. Ich komme sehr gern wieder!!

Ottima scelta, da ripetere
Pros:

Personale super cortese e attento.
Struttura nuova, camera minimale ma pulitissima. Ho adorato il letto di una comodità incredibile 😍
La posizione inoltre è davvero ottima, con un ampio parcheggio ed un supermercato di fianco, a soli 5 minuti da Modena.
Ha superato ogni aspettativa e se dovessi tornare a Modena, so già dove cercare!

Cons:

Il piatto doccia senza box.
Fa il suo dovere ma dopo la doccia il bagno diventa un po' rischioso per via dell'acqua che inevitabilmente bagna il pavimento
