The art and look of the interior

Cons:

The flys in the kitchen turned my $260 worth meal into feeling like i was eating at a street vendor, the staff that were rude from your kitchen staff to your afternoon bartender staff who was a lady. I received rude looks on my arrival from a kitchen staff as i entered the lift after my check in on my way to the elevator with remarks he mumbled. I was shocked and brushed it off as i booked your hotel for an event. I then waited to buy my 1st drink and your bartender lady was rude towards me and asked me for my order, to which i gave my order and she gave me a dismissive look then ignored me and served the next man. My third drink was worse she began to give dirty looks in addition to aggressively chucking things everywhere to which i stopped wanting to buy drinks and avoided her rude attitude and bad behaviour as a staff of a 5 star hotel. My partner was fed up with this treatment. Reported to your reception. Nothing was given as a sorry, no apology from the specific staff at the bar. No credit was given in return for the treatment. I refrained from leaving a bad recommendation.

Don’t stay in Sydney but definitely at The Ingliss
Pros:

Absolutely amazing stay. The amazing team Clarizzele and Martha. Are sensational. Amaing accommodation with great restaurant and beautiful rooms. Highly recommended.

Western Sydney getaway
Pros:

Great location, close to the foodie destinations of Cabramatta, Canley Vale, etc. Also close to Westfields. Staff were excellent, restaurant was good with a nice menu. Nice rooftop pool with district views.

Cons:

Nothing really to dislike, except leaving!
