Pros:

the room was comfortable, but the shower was hot for like 3 minutes only. The bar was good and the pool pleasant.

Cons:

the shower and the meal it said would take an hour to prepare

Ich würde immer wieder gerne in dieses Hotel gehen.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Das Essen ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Jeden Tag frische Wäsche, Kaffee und Tee ist auf dem Zimmer. Es ist ein kleines afrikanisches Hotel!!

Pros:

Tutto davvero confortevole, lo staff gentilissimo e la struttura pulita. La camera spaziosa, doccia calda. Piscina molto carina così come il bar. Insomma, tutto ottimo. Solo un poco più lontano dall'aeroporto di Arusha di quello che mi aspettavo, ma non è comunque stato un problema

Cons:

Solo una cosa: sono stati molto lenti a servire il pranzo. Forse perché avevano un evento in corso, ma abbiamo aspettato più o meno 1h30 dal momento dell'ordine all'arrivo delle pietanze.

Non avevamo fretta e non è stato un eccessivo problema, ma consiglio di chiedere le tempistiche prima di ordinare :)

Gute Erholungsmöglichkeit vor oder nach einer Safari. Personal sollte keine lauten Handys benutzen.
Pros:

Ausgezeichnete Lage, gut zu finden, nicht weit weg vom Flughafen. Idealer Ort zum relaxen vor oder nach einer Safari. Frühstück sehr gut. Der Pool ist eine gute Erholungsmöglichkeit. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt.

Cons:

Personal ist ständig am Handy. Es wird laute Musik am Handy gespielt oder die ganze Zeit auf voller Lautstärke Reels geschaut, sowohl am Pool als auch im Restaurant. Bitte stellen Sie das ein. Das ist nicht schön für die Gäste, die ihre Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Handys sollten während der Arbeit auf leise sein oder einfach ausgeschaltet werden. Oder man schaut mit Kopfhörern.

Pros:

L’hôtel est impeccable, les chambres sont propres et confortables. La piscine est très agréable avec le bar à côté et le feu de camp le soir est un vrai plus ! Le personnel est vraiment très aimable, on m’a donné ma chambre 4 heures plus tôt sans aucun supplément et on a gardé mes bagages gratuitement pendant mon safari alors que je n’avais réserver qu’une seule nuit ! Le petit déjeuner est très bien également. Merci pour tout

The rooms are definitely not soundproof - there was a large party happening close to the room that kept us up for a few hours.

Relaxation out of town
Pros:

Very welcoming staff.
Jamal from reception and Junis from the bar were very attentive and very motivated to fulfilling whatever is needed. Njiro climax should be very to have them in the team.
Furthermore, we experienced some issues with our flight and had to postpone the shuttle on very short notice. Even this and the additional night to reimburse were not a problem. All in all a very good customer experience which we loved.
It's a bit off the city which should be clear if staying here. But for some days just to relax perfect and in case something is needed, there are several grocery shops around.
WiFi worked and also we did not have a problem with hot water as this was mentioned in some reviews.
Very good pancakes for breakfast:)

Maybe add a shower curtain to the bathroom
