I stay at Moxy hotels around the world at least three times per year and usually enjoy the brand. However, this was my first time at Moxy Munich Messe, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing.

When we arrived, the toilet seat was dirty, which immediately gave a bad first impression. The conditioner in the shower was empty, and there were towels prepared for only one person even though we were two guests.

I understand and support sustainability policies, including not cleaning the room every day. However, basic amenities should still be replenished. During our stay, toiletries were not refilled, and we had to repeatedly ask for items that should have been provided automatically. Additionally, the towels were very small and not sufficient for two people.

Overall, this stay did not meet the usual Moxy standards I am accustomed to, and I left feeling very disappointed.

Pros:

Personnel hyper sympathique. Deco et ambiance sympa. Très pratique pour Messe Munchen, un super restaurant à proximité.

Cons:

Les tablettes en verre en table de chevet = on ne voit que la poussière.
Air sec (prévoir bouteille d’eau pour boire la nuit).

Wären da nicht die überhöhten Parkpreise gewesen, wäre der Aufenthalt im Hotel ideal gewesen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Parken ist zu teuer.
