Aardig personeel maar de prijs/ kwaliteitsverhouding was niet goed

Aardig personeel!!!! Werden gelijk goed en aardig verwelkomd!!

Cons:

De bedden lagen alsof er al iemand in doorgezakt was. Dat was niet zo fijn, ook de hoeslakens gaan al snel van de matrassen af en kom je op het matras zelf te liggen. Niet zo heel fris! Badkamer erg klein maar wel schoon!

Ein völlig überteuerter und enttäuschender Aufenthalt, geprägt von unverschämten Unterstellungen bezüglich der Bezahlung

Cons:

Direkt nach der Ankunft im Zimmer wurde penetrant geklopft. Mir wurde fälschlicherweise unterstellt, ich hätte nicht gezahlt, obwohl die Buchung komplett über Booking.com abgewickelt war. Das Personal versuchte mehrfach, interne Unstimmigkeiten bezüglich der Booking-Tarife auf mich abzuwälzen und verlangte, ich solle mich darum kümmern. Selbst nach Vorzeigen des Abbuchungsbelegs wurde ich weiter belästigt, sogar beim Check-out ging das Thema von vorne los.

Massive Verletzung der Privatsphäre: Jeden Tag wurde an meiner Tür geklopft, obwohl ich nur meine Ruhe wollte. Der Höhepunkt: Am Abreisetag (Check-out bis 12:00 Uhr) schloss das Personal um 10:02 Uhr einfach meine Zimmertür auf und stand im Raum, während ich noch im Bett lag obwohl ich vorher laut „Nein!“ gerufen hatte.

Das Zimmer hatte schätzungsweise 18 °C und dauerhaften Zugluftstrom. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht richtig ausschalten. Auf Nachfrage hieß es nur, man solle das Fenster aufmachen, um Wärme reinzulassen. Erst am zweiten Abend wurde es halbwegs erträglich.

Defekte Services & schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Die angebotenen kostenlosen Getränke (Wasser/Saft zu bestimmten Zeiten) funktionierten nicht. Für diesen völlig überhöhten Preis bekommt man hier absolut keinen Service, sondern nur Ärgernis.

Nice place with good value for money
Pros:

The bed is not very comfortable and space in the room is limited to store something, the drain in the room smelled bad

Pros:

The staff were extremely kind and friendly. The bar and the small restaurant were very cozy, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. There was also parking available for the car. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and would gladly stay here again!

Frühstück unbedingt Buchen zahlt sich aus :-)
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist TOP sehr viel Auswahl und sehr schön angerichtet das ganze. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Danke nochmals das wir das Zimmer im letzten Stock hatten. Vielen Dank und weiter so. :-)

Cons:

Mir hat wirklich alles gefallen, das Frühstück ist sehr gut und die Auswahl ist TOP. Das einzige Manko ist das Bügeleisen im 4 Stock es funktioniert nicht richtig wie es sollte. ansonsten ein TOP Hotel und die Lage Perfekt, da wir auf das Greenfield Festival waren. Danke
