Buen desayuno, bonito entorno, muy bien cuidado
Los jardines y las vistas son espectaculares, así como la decoración del comedor y salones, hechos con mucho gusto
En la habitación que estuvimos resuena mucho la campana extractora de la cocina mientras de hacen los servicios en el restaurante así como unos golpes recurrentes (podrían ser puertas o cámaras de la cocina)

El entorno
Nuestra estadía se vio afectada por la falta de aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Con 35°C de calor en Villarrica, el encierro fue insoportable y solo pudimos dormir después de las 04:00 AM. Es fundamental que el hotel invierta en mejorar su servicio y equipamiento básico, ya que hoy en día la climatización no es un lujo, sino una necesidad para el huésped.

Todo lo que son los espacios comunes, el restaurante, los jardines y piscina/muelle son preciosos, están bien equipados y ofrecen una gran experiencia. Sobre todo el restaurante cuenta con un staff super amable y con buena disposición y el precio/calidad lo recomiendo.
La pieza parecia equipada a la rápida sillas que no iban con la otra, la mesa se movía, tele super antigua y no funcionaba bien, pero lo peor era la cama, era demasiado baja y el colchón muy duro, incluso las sabanas no eran lo que esperarías de este tipo de hotel.
La ubicacion y el acceso directo al lago lo mejor. Muy lindo el lugar, buen desayuno.
Nos atendio al ingresar un hombre que fue muy desagradable. El espacio para el desayuno es demasiado chico.
