Pros:

La ducha,por la sencilla razón que tenía el agua caliente.

Krzywdzące opinie ! Hotel.naprawde jest super.Szynkie w-fi,ciepła woda I podstawy do przygotowania posiłków! Ręczniki pościel...wszystko w jak.najlepszym porządku! Wyspa mała więc odległość od centrum to sama przyjemność spacerowania! Dziękujemy Mayan Falls!

the location wasn't very far from anything (it's a small island) but it was enough of a distance that I was mindful of the time/when would be wise to walk home.

Pros:

Bed was ok, the hot shower worked, there was AC in the kitchen and with positioning the fan in bedroom doorway we managed to get some of the aircon effect in the bedroom

Cons:

The place has an abandoned feel to it.
No lock on the gate, no lights on the outside when you come home at night. Not even a small bottle of water waiting for you in the room.
We only went there to sleep, not inviting to spend any time there during the day.
Pool gets cleaned, but there are no deck chairs, only old and weatherbeaten chairs. No landscaping to make the area nice. No love put into the place.
You look at garbage cans.
No bikes to get into the busy parts of Caye Caulker.

Nice enough but the location lets it down
Pros:

Nice room and good communication from the staff.

Cons:

I read the reviews and knew it was a bit out of town. I didn’t think it would bother me because it’s not that far and we often choose places a little further away to get a better price. But I had to admit I did find it annoying considering there are lots of other places closer to town. The pool area was a little run down - nothing bad at all, but just not somewhere we chose to hang out, over the beach at Iguana Reef.

Enjoyed the stay, would do it again!
Pros:

The suite was the perfect size for 1 person. The kitchen had the basics a person needs to cook for themself. The linens were clean and crisp. The bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool and yard were clean.

Cons:

It was at the far end of town, near the airport - which is alright because it was only a 15 minute walk from the main section. A very small amount of noise from the airport. Water pressure was not fantastic, but things could still get done.
