Modern room. Good vibe and decor at bar and restaurant. Great location if picking up or dropping off car at Enterprise Rentals. Really good online kiosk in foyer for booking private transfer to Heathrow terminals. Also bus stop right outside.
The greeting at reception was top tier, especially the complimentary drink at the reception/bar

There was sufficient parking. So my concerns were unfounded.

Lobby, bar, restaurant music playing permanently and could be a bit lower in volume.
Rooms are small with very small bathroom but clean.
Not possible to work from the desk / table in the room. The laptop barely fits on it.
Parking is at an extra charge per day £15.
Excellent place for an overnight stopover which is on Hotel Hoppa bus route to Heathrow terminals. It has a bar, restaurant, grab n go station 24/7, helpful reception staff, free wifi, clean modern hotel room, great shower, soundproof room, open plan reception/bar area which is quirky but tastefully designed, offered good value for money.
It was my last night in the UK so I wanted to pay with the last of my British cash in restaurant, bar or grab n go station but cash not accepted.
Like all Moxys, it had a welcoming vibe in the lobby/dining/work area. Comfy beds.
Wasn't offered the usual welcome drink, so had to ask for it after check-in. Asked for the one with alcohol but it had none. Left my necklace in the room and couldn't remember my room number to file the required online Lost and Found report. Called to enquire but couldn't contact a human for 4 days.
La excelente atención y amabilidad de todo el personal, así como la comodidad de las habitaciones. Destacaría especialmente la cama, ya que normalmente me cuesta encontrar una en la que descanse bien y, en este caso, dormí de maravilla. La ubicación cerca del aeropuerto también es un punto muy favorable.
No tengo ningún aspecto negativo que destacar. La estancia fue muy agradable y el hotel cumplió perfectamente con mis expectativas.
Location and value for money
Rooms too hot, uncomfortable pillows and my room was noisy and located above the hotel bar.
Moxy’s are always good value. Very industrial look but comfortable & clean.
The breakfast staff were slow. There was a main supervisory man in a white tshirt who seemed to be the one constantly getting them all going but overall it was like pulling teeth to get the food up to speed all the time. At one point all the hot food in the chafing dishes had run out plus there was no butter & the croissants were gone, no bananas either & the staff were nowhere to be seen.
