Pros:

Very nice, clean hotel with a cool vibe. Great location for Heathrow with the bus stop just outside the door. Friendly check in staff and good value when I booked.

Excellent place for Heathrow.
Pros:

Open plan reception, bar, restaurant area. Lots of various seating available. Food menu was basic but sufficient for our needs. Staff are very efficient. Same people checking you in, getting the drinks, sorting out your food orders, clearing up etc. Kettle, microwave, water, coffee etc available 24 Hrs. Good range of self service drinks and snacks available to purchase 24 Hrs. Car Park payment is separate to hotel but easily sorted at the machine. In the room, ground floor lighting comes on when you swing your leg out of bed to go to the toilet in the dark (I kid you not).

Cons:

Some building work going on but I think the main entrance will be improved when complete.

Best option for LHR early flights.
Pros:

Friendly check in; super clean room; quiet and comfy bed.

It took me a moment to work out the 111 public bus took me there and back from LHR central bus station.

Disappointing compared to before.
Pros:

The bar space with games. The size of the room.

Cons:

The room smelt damp and was soo hot without easy option for air con which didn’t seem to work. The breakfast has also gone down hill. The fruit is not fresh and the sausages are not good.

Pros:

Very Conveniently close to Heathrow airport with the option to take the Hoppa bus directly from the station. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Very good hotel to stay in before or just after the journey. Has a small cafe/ restaurant and good options via vending machines

Cons:

It was quite busy on arrival so check in took a bit longer but not a very big deal overall

Hotel heating system needs updating don’t stay here until this is completed.

Cons:

Rooms are over heated 24 degrees turning the control panel off did not work. with no option to adjust other than opening the window.
Being very close to the airport ment loud aeroplanes noise frequently. The hotel is having works done with the car park being used as a storage area with tarps covering. Due to it being windy these were noisy all night with what ever they stored banging too.
We had little to no sleep even with the window open the temperature remained at 23/24 degrees.
Informed the staff/ manager at the desk who said he would arrange part refund to which I agreed. £10 was refunded which I am very disappointed with this it doesn’t reflect the little to no sleep we had.

Great hotel, Excellent location
Pros:

Great location to Heathrow with a shuttle. Wonderful facilities including nice restaurant with many choices and very good gym. Wonderful staff and service, plus great rooms withs nice bathrooms and comfy beds - highly recommend this hotel and will look to stay again when travelling from Heathrow.
