Great location, facilities and customer service
The small 'shop' area.... everything was 3 times the normal price!! Total rip off and unbelievable prices.... taking advantage of customers that is!! Terrible

Delicious pizza for dinner.
It was right in front of the bus stop to Heathrow, my room was clean and well designed and the bed was so comfortable, which was perfect after a long day of travel! I paid for the breakfast in the morning and it was good, worth the money compared to how much you usually pay for food in the airport.
The water in the toilet was circulating and making noise throughout the night, and then when I woke up the bathroom was covered in water because of a leak in the toilet pipes. My friend and I also had dinner in the bar downstairs and both my burger and their lamb were fairly dry.
Nice location near the airport.
I was told the shuttle to Heathrow was there at 4 am so I planned accordingly for a 6:30am flight. When we arrived we were told the shuttle didn't arrive until 4:30 but it was easy to use the machine in lobby and order a scheduled ride but it was expensive.
The Moxy is great Comfortable quiet clean and only a few minutes from T3 and T6 Staff are really friendly and professional and accommodating…. I had flown in early but my room was available…. Did I want one close to the elevator??? I just felt very welcome

Location was good, as I wanted my daughter to be safe travelling alone. She said the bed was really comfy, and she loved the mocktail as she checked in. She will definitely stay again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean room. Bed was comfy.
First baby cot had lots of stains on the mesh - not even a joke looked like someone had been murdered on it. Second cot they bought up was much better though. No room service - hard when you have a baby sometimes to get to meals sometimes easier ordering to room when baby is asleep.
I like Moxy, good vibe, even for an older customer like me, used in Japan and Seoul where I am posting this from. Almost forgot, had a really good pizza.
Location and, I know it is London, but the self serve and pay snacks/drinks and amenities were very expensive, don’t forget anything folks.
