Staff, room and breakfast were amazing
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable

Cons:

The ambiance, it was very loud and rowdy when we arrived. It was like walking into an indoor beer garden. The bar is open all night and most of the patrons had taken advantage of that. Not the hotels fault but there were definitely signs everywhere encouraging drinking and we didn’t feel safe so we went to our room immediately.

Comfortable and welcoming.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and knowledgeable about telling us what services were best to get to the airport. We have a lovely arrival cocktail and on departure we were allowed to take a coffee with us.
Very welcoming.

Cons:

My partner would have liked and extra pillow in the room.

Pricey but fantastic!
Pros:

The atmosphere and decor was fantastic! The games in the reception was a fab touch.

Cons:

The cost, and no early shuttle options to Heathrow so had to pay another £17 for an uber.

It was a very convenient location to the airport and public transportation into the city.

Cons:

Even though the staff came to clean every day, they didn't clean everything every day. Some of the days the glass shelves beside the bed and near the TV were not cleaned even though they were clear of items. Also, the room could have used a mini refrigerator.

Excellent, Easy and Great Value for Money
Pros:

We arrived late... The room was spacious and beds were comfortable for a quick nights sleep before an early flight.

Perfectly satisfactory 1 night. Great breakfast.
Pros:

I was very pleasantly surprised, as I did not know that the Moxy was part of Marriott and I was worried about what the hotel may be like given the area it was in.
I chose the hotel becausee it was pet friendly and in close proximity to Heathrow Animal Aircare, where I collected my pet.

Moxy London Heathrow is my favourite hotel in London!
Pros:

Derick is amazing at the Moxy bar! He makes the best drinks and I also love the welcome drink at Moxy. Must try! Biiiiig thank you for always making me feel at home.

Pros:

I like that there is in site parking (even though it is not free) and how close it is to the airport. The bedding was nice.

The immediate area isn’t great so it’s nice the Moxy offers food and drinks so you don’t need to leave.

Better than the average airport hotel before an early flight.
Pros:

Comfy room, very friendly staff, loved the tea and coffee bar and the food was good! I like the Moxy vibe, it has character. The shuttle was great and the car rental next door made the entire stay easy.

De bedden zijn niet comfortabel en op mijn laatste dag hebben ze mijn kamer opgeruimd voor mijn checkout en zo weet ik niet dat er iets achter gelaten was. Bij aankomst moet je £30 waarborg betalen zonder dat je uitgelegd wordt wat voor, en ik heb mijn waarborg nog steeds niet terug gezien

Frustrating customer service bot
Pros:

It is a box with a bed by the airport, meets expectations

Cons:

Could not tell if their customer support was a bot or just poorly trained. Kept insisting that I use the booking.com process to request a change of dates even though that was the process we were communicating through - did not seem capable of understanding that we were already in the process it was insisting on. Would not stay here again, too frustrating to deal with.
