I did not 'like': I LOVED everything about this super functional and aesthetically enjoyable space. It's so cool, in all ways, especially during a record heat-wave outside (35 celcius!!!)
The staff are gorgeous and professional and work very hard to deliver the sort of service that you dream of. The staff should all be applauded for what they do and the way they carry themselves. Seriously.
There's a Tesco Express a 2 minute walk away, which means if you're counting your pennies, you can buy whatever you need there and bring it back to your room. About 7 or more bus-lines stop directly out the front of the Moxy's super nice patio area. I will stay here again in the future, for sure.
Being there during a major heat-wave did mean my bedroom air-con did not cope as well as I needed it to. However, this was such a rare and extreme 'weather event' that it's probably not normally an issue.

I travel for a living and have stayed in hundreds of places over the years, across many countries and countless flight departures. This was genuinely one of the worst hospitality experiences I have ever had.
The staff were rude, incompetent, dismissive, and completely unwelcoming. There was no sense of basic customer service, no warmth, and no professionalism. It felt like guests were an inconvenience rather than paying customers.
The place itself has a cold, industrial feel — unpleasant, clanky, and completely lacking any comfort or character. For the price, it is simply not worth it. There are plenty of better places nearby offering far better service, better atmosphere, and better value.
I would strongly advise fellow travellers to avoid this place. Based on my experience, you will not get quality, hospitality, or even basic courtesy here.
Ablagen am Bett waren sehr verschmutzt. Als Toilettenpapier wurden 2 angefangene fast aufgebrauchte Rollen hinterlassen.

All the hotel room doors slam shut so you hear a loud bang every 20 mins from someone closing their door. Can become very annoying especially if you’re tired from travelling.
