I like Moxy, but not this one.
Pros:

Location is decent, breakfast was good.

Cons:

No hotel shuttle, it is Marriott group hotel, there are so many Marriott in LHR, why it not stop by? it brought up total stay cost.
Front desk charged me EU$10 as a deposit, when I left, it not refund to my credit card, it has been tow days already.
it is World cup time, their lobby TV has been broken down, it told by hotel staff.

Pros:

The hotel itself was nice but I wouldnt go again.

Cons:

After checking out I waited in the lobby and was questioned twice about why I was there. It felt as though they had a fixed idea of what their guests should look like, and I left feeling unwelcome rather than valued as a paying customer. A shame, because there are better hotels near Heathrow where you are treated with more respect.

Excellent value
Pros:

I stayed at Moxy at both ends of a trip to the UK. It was great both times. The front desk is cheerful and welcoming (and I loved the complimentary cocktail/mocktail). The rooms are quiet and clean, and the gym is a good size with plenty of room and equipment for a solid workout. The breakfast was standard, with all of the basics. The location is good, near Heathrow. However, there is no shuttle service, so it helps if you know how to navigate London buses. It's only a few stops away, but finding the right bus stop can be a little confusing (go to the central bus terminal in T2). Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and found Moxy good value for the price.
