Felt unsafe after a male staff member entered my room while I was partially undressed
Pros:

The hotel itself is modern and conveniently located for Heathrow. The room was comfortable and the initial check-in process was straightforward.

Cons:

I felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable because of how staff handled my separate Day Use booking.
I had an overnight booking until 12pm and a completely separate Day Use booking until 5pm. At 10am, I went to reception, explained that I had two separate bookings, and they checked me out of the first and into the Day Use booking, allowing me to remain in the same room.
Around 12pm there was a knock on my door, which I didn’t answer. About 15 minutes later, housekeeping returned and knocked repeatedly. I answered and was told I should have checked out. I explained my Day Use booking and that reception had already checked me in until 5pm. The member of staff was dismissive and sarcastic but said she would check with reception, so I assumed the matter was resolved.
About an hour later there was a third knock. Before I even had time to get out of bed and answer, a male member of staff opened the door and entered my room. I was partially undressed.
I felt extremely exposed and unsafe. When I explained the situation, instead of apologising, he was dismissive and told me I should have checked out at 12pm and needed to go to reception.
Communication mistakes can happen, but a member of staff entering an occupied guest room without giving the guest a reasonable opportunity to answer is unacceptable, particularly after I had already explained the situation to another member of staff. This left me feeling extremely vulnerable and unsafe.
If you are woman, traveling alone, be careful in this hotel.

Excellent, good value 'budget' hotel for an overnight stay prior to getting an early flight.
Pros:

Did not feel like a 'budget' hotel. Room was very clean, comfortable bed (only 1 pillow each but provided with more when requested), good shower (2 towels each - unusual for a budget hotel). Large TV with freeview channels, tea and coffee in room, microwave in lobby, very good wi-fi, very quiet (especially as located beside a busy road and planes coming into land), polite and friendly staff on reception. Excellent for an overnight stay as we had an early morning plane (which was then cancelled owing to Nats fiasco)

Cons:

£15 parking charge for overnight stay.

Excellent hotel for families with older kids, great facilities and friendly staff.
Pros:

The room size and cleanliness was awesome. The restaurant area and games was awesome.

Cons:

Beds were really soft and a bit saggy in the middles. Weren't enough chairs and tables at breakfast.

Pros:

Friendly staff, fast checkin/out. Clean modern room and bathroom. Quiet considering near airport. Kettle included, big TV.

Cons:

The downstairs is dark with graffiti walls. Gives a bad vibe. The restursnt in the downstairs had sticky tables. The store in the hotel has insane prices. The hotel says Heathrow but is 20 min away by csr. The area around the hotel is sketchy with no reasonable restaurants around. The hotel restaurant has a burger/pizz type menue.

After a 4 hour train ride to London it was a pleasure to be at the Moxy.
Pros:

The hotel has a happy like hearted atmosphere and is decorated very well. We love all the extras like pool table and other social areas that are spaced around for general use. The staff could not have been any friendlier while at the same time being professional. Also gave information that was helpful for getting to know the hotel. We love it at the Moxy.

Cons:

Well not actually anything it was an over night stay for a flight in the am.

Pros:

Günstiger Preis, super Lage am Flughafen. Dann das Essen… so eine leckere Pizza haben wir am Abend vorher bei einem Italiener nicht bekommen. Wirklich super die Küche, um noch etwas zu essen, bevor man ins Bett geht. Preis auch okay.

Das checkin und -out Personal hätte freundlicher sein können. Aber schnell und effizient

Fantastic
Pros:

I cant fault the Moxy. My husband and I stay here often when travelling. Highly recommened!

Cons:

The only MINOR negative would be how expensive parking and breakfast is - but I do feel that is most locations now, not just the Moxy!
