The checkin process what a nightmare. They didn’t accept the name on booking.com. I emailed the email they provided with an approval and copy of the passport providing identity and they still wouldn’t allow my colleague to checkin. The manager was incredibly difficult on the phone. No sense of customer service. My colleagues had traveled from Ukraine (an active war zone!) and my passport and email used to book consent for them to checkin was said to not be enough. They said it’s a booking.com issue. Work this out.

Pros:

Stayed for a night between connecting flights. Hotel was very handy to Heathrow airport with a direct bus to get you there. Had a good gym, staff were friendly and there is a Tesco express just down the street.

Terrible, rude. Cheap feeling ! Not what we expected

I didn’t I was terrible from start to finish!

Before we even got to reception we’re approached by a stranger who “worked for the car parking company” which to clarify IS NOT OWNED BY MOXY! And told to move our car (we were in a regular space)….still not sure why and then to “pay straight away!” Then the staff inside had no people skills and had trouble understanding my “accent” I’m Welsh and have lived in England for 15 years? I could go on but honestly I’m bored already writing how bad this place is! To conclude Many better hotels than this at the price point don’t be fooled by the look of the reception…. The rooms are cheap and small.
