Quirky and clean but could easily be improved
Pros:

We liked the quirky room design. The room was big and clean and the facilities in it worked well, including the shower. The bartender was friendly and he spoke the best English of all the staff. The bar itself seemed very under-used (we never saw anyone there) but it was a good space and option to have on site. There is also a small gym with the basics, for those looking to work out during their stay.

Cons:

Most of the staff seemed rather disengaged and weren't very helpful: our Spanish isn't great but we tried to speak and communicate, whereas several of the staff seemed more interested in returning to their mobile phones than responding to our requests.

Although it was a nice touch to receive a bottle of water for each night of the stay (the tap water locally, including in the hotel, isn't drinkable), one small bottle for two people isn't sufficient, especially in a hot city like this, and some of the staff weren't helpful about filling up our bottles with filtered water. Sitting at reception and gesturing towards the bar, where nobody was apparently on shift at the time, seemed dismissive of guests.

Breakfast was a letdown: we turned up soon after it opened and the hot food was already cold.

By the way, be aware that the location is a fair walk from the city's attractions. Don't expect to see much locally, though there are at least some good places to eat nearby: we recommend Taqueria Carranza.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig und alles sauber und schön eingerichtet und das Bett sehr bequem. Es gab eine tolle Dusche für mich alleine. Das Frühstück war nicht so umfangreich aber okay, die Check-in und Checkout Zeiten waren super

Hotel ma ok warunki, ale jest daleko od centrum i transportu publicznego

Fajnie urządzone pokoje i dobre, meksykańskie śniadanie

Cons:

Personel w ogóle nie mówił po angielsku. Obiekt jest daleko od centrum i komunikacji miejskiej. Chyba najlepiej nocować tam, gdy masz samochód.

Pros:

Suberbe hôtel situé à proximité du métro Tacubaya.
La chambre est grande, propre, confortable et fonctionnelle.
Nettoyage de la chambre fait chaque jour si besoin.
J'ai pu laissé mes bagages à la réception avant le check-in et également après le check-out.
Le petit déjeuner est un buffet complet avec sucré et salé, très bon.

Cons:

Netflix et PrimeVideo qui ne fonctionnaient pas, mais pas grave.
