Staff were exceptionally very good and helpful
It’s breath of fresh air and amazing Chinese touch on the walls. The rooms are large and spacious

The view was great!
The sitting room didn't have Air conditioning and the one I the room only came down to 20 degrees so it couldn't cool both spaces, so it was hot and the AC kept tripping off at night, which made it even more uncomfortable. The restaurant was closed when I arrived and there was no consideration, so I bought a drink and went to bed. The corridors were poorly lit.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and trustworthy. The location was good too. The hotel is in close proximity to all the business areas and government institution
The cleanliness could be better. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was the gym. It was disappointing to find that it was neglected. Moreover, the restaurant allowed free smoking and only catered for non-smokers on the balcony. This goes against the modern trend of providing smoke free areas for our health
Staff were excellent! So helpful. The airport shuttle was great. Clean with comfortable beds.
AC worked but was noisy. Bar fridge didn’t work well and was noisy. Wall paper was peeling and water damaged. Gym was in disrepair and unusable.
